Messy and unsafe place.

This is not the actual place we stayed, they contacted me a couple of weeks before the trip stating that they did not notice that they’re fully booked so they are moving us to a different place which is just right in front of the place showing in this add. The place is so messy, it feels unsafe to stay in this place, good thing we found a new place to stay. I 100% don’t recommend this place.

I booked this the last minute on the same day thinking this is in Urbiztondo San Juan, turns out it is far away and in San Fernando. I asked to cancel and waive the fees but they refused and charged me with the full cancellation fee. They could’ve charged me half but they chose to take money for service they didn’t provide.

Not that good.

The ac is good and well-functioning.

Our room has no door key and the door knob is broken. The restroom is dirty and the place is somewhat stinks.

The place is old and dirty. Not worth the money. the caretaker of the property is not easy to talk with. Our room has no lock. the common bathroom has no light too. One the worst place I’ve been.

The facility doesn’t have air conditioner, towels were old and worn out, didn’t provide blankets.

Good value for money

The location is good - just a trike or even a walk from the beach. The rooms are cheap, the bathroom is nice and clean. For the money it's a good value stay, secure place and nice staff, just don't expect it to be a hotel!

The toilet seat was in bad repair, I advised the staff and they agreed they'd replace it. AC would be nice but obviously I would expect to pay more in that case.
