Surcote - prix à revoir vu la vetusté

La situation géographique -la terrasse du restaurant vue sur mer

Vétusté - propreté - loin d’être une chambre « de luxe « Vu le prix, le parking pourrait être offert aux clients de l’hôtel. Horaire du restaurant - à 20h15 on nous dit vous pouvez juste prendre 1 plat et 1 dessert en vitesse- c était mon anniversaire et on n’a même pas pu profiter d’un bon repas.

Schönes, kleines Hotel mit guter Lage

- Direkt am Meer - Schöne Empfangshalle - Sehr nettes Personal - Sauberes Zimmer - Badewanne - Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Hotel (10€ Tageskarte)

- Was nicht dabei stand: Sauna kostet 15€/ h - Fitnessraum ist sehr klein mit vier dicht aneinander gestellten Geräten. Kein Fenster. - Zimmer sind bisschen hellhörig, vor allem wenn man durch den Flur läuft hört man alles - Frühstück: Buffet mit typischem Rührei, Bacon und Aufschnitt. Nicht wirklich gesund. Vegane Optionen gibt es kaum, bis auf Brot, Obst und Marmelade. Das war eher enttäuschend. - Check Out Zeit ist schon um 11 Uhr (und nicht wie auf booking.com steht 12 Uhr)

Het was prima maar kon zeker beter. Jammer dat bovenstaande punten aanwezig waren.

Uitzicht.

Airco kapot op de kamer, lift kapot. Veel stof in de kamer op de lampen en bed board, op kast. Niet leuk met stof allergie.

Zimmer waren sehr schön. Schnell am Strand. Alles wie in der Beschreibung. Frühstück ist auch top.

Zimmer waren sehr dunkel eingerichtet und das Licht war sehr dunkel. Parkplatz für Hotelgäste gebührenpflichtig finde ich nicht gut.

Prettig kortstondig verblijf.

De kamer was goed in orde met een mooi uitzicht op de Schelde. Heel goede bedden en hoofdkussens. Fijne , dikke handdoeken in de badkamer.

De lage quotatie van de hygiene betreft het terras. Hier lagen nogal wat kruimels van de vorige bezoekers en een soort van snoepjes die aan de vloer van het terras plakten. In het restaurant stond 's avonds de airco te hard. Service liet te wensen over , meer aandacht voor de mensen op het terras dan voor de klanten binnen in het restaurant .

De locatie is top! Vooral als je graag schepen kijkt! Ontbijt was ook goed. Bacon wel een beetje aangebrand en de noten en het Kaiserbroodje smaakten een beetje oud.

Het had wat schoner gekund. In de hoek achter de deur lag heel veel stof. Achter het gordijn in het kozijn lag ook veel stof en dode insecten. In de naden van de stoelen was het ook heel vies, durfden onze kleren hier niet op te leggen. Het tafeltje was vies. De gordijnen hadden veel vlekken. De badkamer en het bed leken wel goed schoon, dat vinden wij het belangrijkste.

We came to enjoy the view on the river Schelde and that's exactly what we got and very much enjoyed.

View, breakfast

reception, received a key that did not work, had to go back to the reception and had to wait another 10 minutes while somebody else checked, not apologies.

The view of the beach and the sea from the room was amazing!

The gym was full of chairs and not usable. We booked a sauna, but it wasn't turned on so never got to use it.

Nice hotel next to beach and boulevard

The breakfast was excellent and the lounge/bar areas are a nice place to relax and enjoy the sea views. Breakfast: fresh juices, coffee, croissants, variety of bread, yoghurts, sausages and cooked eggs. All in all plenty of choice to design your tasty breakfast. If you have a window table you can keep an eye on the big cargo ships and sailboats setting sail for the North Sea. (One of the highlights). The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating to the travellers needs. The hotel room is well equipped and has a modern look and feel.

The "one" elevator is a bit slow but with the stairs you won't be faster. I think this hotel should have at least two elevators to address the elevator ride demand at rush-hours. The bathroom floor can be very slippery, be careful as the tiles are as smooth as silk. The shower is in a bathtub, this could be difficult for older/disabled people who want to take a shower.

All staff are very friendly. It's quiet at night which is good for sleep.

I couldn't pay by my VISA or MASTER credit card, while had to pay by cash. The breakfast is to be improved with more options instead of only same food everyday.

It is very close to the restaurants and city centre. The room was big. The breakfast was nice and the staff were pleasant.

Although the room was big, there was a very small radiator in the room and it was quite cold. The bed was two single but everytime I moved, the bed would move too so I could not use the whole double bed. The bathroom looked clean but I know for sure that cleaning the room floor was not a priority. I did leave couple of things on the floor and they were not picked up during my whole stay.

Staff was amazing and restaurant was great.

Stayed in the room next to the elevator, could hear the elevator doors opening and closing. The AC did not work at all and was making a big noise. The double bed split up as it was actually 2 singles pushed together.
