All in all you can tell when visiting this was a fairly old fashioned hotel, dated and boxy , but no

Breakfast was great with fresh orange juice and plenty of variety.

The room itself was a bit disappointing, with some of the element showing their age and wear. The bathroom itself was decorated rather plainly and showed its heavy use. The stand alone bath was great.

Great Location. Make sure you get the room you booked.

The location is fantastic. We enjoy the small sauna on the roof and the rooftop bar.

We were not given the room we booked. We booked a large room and were given one that barely had room for a bed. When we went down to the desk to find out what the problem was we were treated like we had done something wrong. We were actually told that our room had been "upgraded" and they seemed genuinely put out to have to change us to the room that we booked. We have stayed here many times. This is not the first time that we have experienced this.

Locatie is top. Ontbijt was heel lekker, veel keuze. Vriendelijk personeel. Inrichting was erg mooi.

Fijn hotel om Arnhem en omgeving te verkennen.

Gezellige lobby, fijne bedden, lekker ontbijt.

Kamer niet goed ingericht en slechte verlichting. Grote tafel nutteloos, zitje opgepropt. Voor deze prijs meer verwacht.

Top locatie!

Wij hebben bewust gekozen voor een hotel in het centrum. Locatie is top. De kamer was lekker ruim, het kingsize bed lag heerlijk. Rooftopbar is natuurlijk een leuk extraatje. Van de wellness helaas geen gebruik gemaakt. Wij zijn uiterst vriendelijk geholpen.

Het is wel fijn als er tijdens het inchecken gemeld wordt hoe duur het parkeren is per dag. Dan weet je waar je aan toe bent. Overigens wel heel fijn dat we daar konden parkeren. De tweede avond wilde we nog een afsluitend drankje doen in de bar. Maar er werd meteen gezegd dat de laatste ronde al was geweest (23.00 uur). Dat was jammer.

Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen

Der SPA Bereich ist hervorragend. 90 Grad Sauna und Infrarot vorhanden. Außenbereich mit Tauchfass und Liegen. Rooftopbar mit Aussicht über die Stadt. Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt.

Bett war zu klein. Hätte upgrade wählen können.

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt und kann das Hotel mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof. Trotz der Nähe hatte ich einen ruhiger Aufenthalt, Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, es gibt keine Probleme nur Lösungen. Sie sprechen mehre Sprachen, ich kam mit Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut zurecht.

Locatie is centraal gelegen in Arnhem. Parekeergarage en station aan de overkant. Mooie rooftop-bar op de locatie en mooie ruime kamers.

One of the ladies at the front desk was very rude and un attentive to what we were asking when we first arrived. Another staff member was super nice and handled things properly when we came back.

Beautiful hotel at an excellent location in central Arnhem. Kudos to the super friendly staff. If I need to be back in / around Arnhem another time, this will definitely be the place to stay again!

Overpriced for its lack of service. Does not deserve 5 Stars!

Breakfast location is terrible, not enough room. It has tables in the way of the buffet. You had to book a time for breakfast, even though you are on holiday and want to sleep in, I have never heard of this before. The coffee machine broke down and there was no substitute, not good enough for 5 star.

Reception could ONLY speak Dutch or English, no German even though they have a border to this country. We went to the skybar for a drink and were told we have to wait 30 mins for a seat even though have the seats were empty, we are hotel guest for FFS. Outside the hotel was very dirty.

Ideal location in Arnhem & close to the station

Our stay was ruined by somebody banging & scraping , the floor above our room , on Saturday night , when we were trying to sleep early Reported it to reception - and they said there was nothing they could do about it 😳

Great hotel to explore Arnhem in comfort and style

Great location for visiting Arnhem and close to train station. Modernized really nicely while keeping the character of the original hotel. great breakfast.
