Maastricht is een prachtige stad maar voor ons geen Novotel meer

Parkeren is ruim

Zeer gedateerd en hierdoor geen fijne sfeer (muf trappenhuis, zeer verouderd sanitair) ook lijkt het erop dat de locatie wordt gehuurd door het COA, met als gevolg dat de ambiance die bij een hotel hoort volledig ontbreekt.

Disappointed with this Novotel hotel

We always check in at Novotela wherever we go on a holiday. I was frustratingly surprised to that the check out for the this hotel is at 1030. Seriously? The check in was 1500 still and yet you expect to do check out earlier?? The breakfast was until 1000 and yet check out was 1030??? the staff also didn't help and was not accommodating at all. don't bother going here

Wij hebben ons verblijf als onprettig ervaren. Zeer ongemakkelijk met alle beveiliging

Kamer was prima

Wij wilde ‘s avonds in het restaurant gaan eten. Er was gereserveerd maar de chef kok was niet aanwezig dus moesten we maar wat anders gaan zoeken. Airco was aanwezig maar koelde niet goed genoeg. De mini bar op de kamer koelde helemaal niet. Super slecht dat er asielzoekers rond liepen. Ook in het zwembad zaten en vanaf de kamers lekker iedereen bij het zwembad aan het filmen waren. Echt super slecht waardeloos en zeer onprettig! Als we dit hadden geweten hadden we hier zeker NIET geboekt! Enige tegemoetkoming van onze ongemakken is er ook niet. Waardeloos!

Nice Hotel in a good neighborhood.

Good hotel in a nice neighborhood. Plus for the pool.

Restaurant has only Snacks on Sundays. Not fun when arriving Late and just wanted a good meal.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Eine Modernisierung ist fällig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht mehr. Frühstück war überschaubar.

Bardzo dobrze czuliśmy się w tym hotelu.

Hotel czysty i wygodny, położony w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Dziękuję Pani Weronice z recepcji za pomoc przy poprawie wygody spania (miałam akurat problem z kręgosłupem). Śniadania smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie:). Bardzo miło, że kawa jest dostępna także po śniadaniu. Dostępne są także woda oraz sok przy recepcji. Bardzo dziękujemy za pyszną pożegnalną kawę w dniu wyjazdu. Bardzo dobrze czuliśmy się w tym hotelu i z pewnością jeszcze wrócimy:)

Clean, comfortable business style hotel, perfect for what we wanted.

Clean, well appointed room. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed the Rituals products in the bathroom. You can use the hotel's city bikes for an additional charge if you want. We were able to take our dog with us for an additional €25 and were provided with a dog welcome pack containing food and treats in our room.

We felt that the cost of the room was expensive, especially as it didn't include breakfast. Similarly, the hotel charges an additional fee for using their car park, which we felt should be included in the room rate.

heerlijke bedden en ontbijt, locatie iets minder

fantastisch bed alles is heerlijk schoon vriendelijk personeel . heerlijk ontbijt en een relaxte sfeer. super dat dit hotel als 1 van de weinige ook de mogelijkheid bied om met een gezin van 4 in 1 kamer te slapen

helaas werkte de airco niet en kon het raam niet helemaal open het was erg warm in de kamer zelfs voor begin mei. we sliepen boven de dekens .. We hadden een extra bed gevraagd dit was er niet bij aankomst het was wel een gratis aanbod maar goed. locatie was ook iets anders dan verwacht soort buitenwijkje.

Fair value for money

Its Brilliant location, 15 min walk to the river and all the Shops and restaurants. They also prepared for our dog little goodie bag in our room on arrival. Kids got activity packs that kept them busy when we went out in the evening.

It’s bit dated but good value for the money. Also not that happy about having to pay for the parking extra.

a comfortable hotel near the city center of Maastricht, near the highways to Leige and or Aachen!

the Novotel standards are international, the breakfast Buffet was nice, lots of choice! Friendly staff had a very pleasant stay in Maastricht! Food quality is nice, with the swimming pool in the back yard, it simply was an enjoyable stay.

Mixed feelings

We liked that it was clean and staff especially the nightshift team where more than very helpful. The location was not an issue as a bus service took you into the centrum from approx 200 yard from hotel. Taxi cost approx 12 euro.

We didn't like that we had not been informed of the 2 adjacent ongoing building sites at the rear and at one end of the hotel. This caused a displacement of rats and they where clearly visible running around the pool/ outside eating area. The chef could do with a refresher course as we witnessed his inability to deal with a 2 plate order ( He actually cooked our steaks plated them and 5 minutes later put them back in the oven then when challenged he actually tried to deny what he had just done). However I must add that when we explained this to a senior member of staff our plates where removed and a fresh meal was prepared for us.

Joost the host with the most

Absolutely fantastic staff and place. Joost was the host with the most. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went out of his way for you. Should be proud to have him on board. Saying that all the staff couldn't be faulted.
