the outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work and wasn't fixed even though we complained about it to the front desk on our second morning at the hotel.

Hotel bien situé près de la gare. Metro et Tramway à proximité permettant de se déplacer facilement. Très bon acceuil. Hôtel agréable et personnelle serviable. Bon petit déjeuner

- le premier contact à la réception : avant tout autre chose, on nous demande les pièces d’identité de tous les invités - le restaurant: la dernière bouchée n’est pas avalée qu’on nous enlève l’assiette - dans les chambres, le confort est sacrifié pour la décoration:pas assez d’éclairage, mobilier peu fonctionnel, lits tout juste confortables - Ni peignoirs ni toilettes séparées de la salle de bains

I have already recommended this hotel to friends

Location was excellent - just a short walk from the station. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and spacious. The most exciting thing was the free social hour from 5-6 that was a revelation, why don't more hotels do this?

A too expensive hotel for what you get.

It is very expensive hotel without any reason. The rooms are standard, without any personal or special features. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not take the breakfast because of the early morning check out , but we receive a take -of pack.

Fantasztikus

A hotel teljesen a centrumban helyezkedik el, nagyon kellemes, kényelmes, finom reggelivel. Pár perc séta a központi pályaudvar, ahonnan 20 perc alatt eljutunk a reptérre. Hotelnek vannak biciklijei amiket ingyen lehet használni. Nagyon ajánlom, mi elégedettek voltunk.

Short Stay before my Cruise in Rotterdam

The room was somewhat minimalistic, but all the boxes were checked. Great location, cost, good bar/breakfast, and the staff was friendly. I hope to return there one day.

The beds were somewhat too hard. Nevertheless, I slept there just fine.

Recommended Hotel to stay in the heart of Amsterdam!

Everything! Courteous & Cheerful Staff, Great Hotel located near the train station to explore Amsterdam. We managed to get an early check in + late check out till 2pm and we enjoyed the social hour where free wine and snacks were served. Staff were really helpful and attentive to us and other tourists too. Room is very nicely furnished with beautiful cups, ornaments and size of room is comfortable for 2 huge luggages. Bed is big and good too for a restful night! The hotel also provides free bike rentals if you are keen to cycle but unfortunately, it was drizzling and we skipped this part.

Price is on the high side which we believe is due to the peak season but nevertheless, it was a good experience staying at this hotel!

In the heart of Amsterdam, the DeWitt is a great place to stay with all the comforts of home.

I fell in love with Dutch breakfast! Where can I get those pickled vegetables?I loved everything down to the scent throughout the hotel. Really enjoyed staying here! Also, I plan to remodel my powder room at home like your bathrooms. Just stunning.

Modern, spotlessly clean, excellent staff, additional extras eg free bike rental & social hour

The one & only thing was our room only had lamps as opposed to lights.. a little dull as our room as it looked out onto a court yard with tall buildings

Sehr gute Lage, trotzdem ruhig, Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Amsterdam zu erkunden.

Das Hotel ist in sehr zentraler Lage. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten direkt in der Tiefgarage des Hotels parken. Das ging recht unkompliziert. Die Q-Park-Parkhäuser sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt und ein wenig günstiger. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und großzügig. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr zuvorkommend.

Na gut, man findet immer das Salz in der Suppe... Wir sind, was Übernachtungen angeht relativ anspruchsvoll, gerade wenn hohe Preise aufgerufen werden. Aber hier gibt es - außer einer fehlenden Klobürste im Bad - nichts auszusetzen. :-)

Small but well organized room. Lovely staff!

Staff is excellent and helpful, well above average. The room was quite small but at the same time very well appointed, everything worked but it was clearly a single room size! Location is within walking distance from Central Station

The coffee cup I used was not cleaned/replaced. Breakfast was not included and that's never very clear from bookings on Booking.com I find. Just state it in the reservation confirmation please.

Beautiful place in the heart of the city!

A truly beautiful facility. The rooms were lovely- simple and modern. The decor throughout was excellent. The bar on the main level was absolutely amazing- great drinks and service. This was our second visit to Amsterdam this year and this location is ideal- easy to get anywhere. The staff here was also GREAT. Friendly and helpful staff. I loved this hotel and would absolutely return.

Housekeeping didn’t refresh the tea or coffee service daily. I used this every morning and it was never refilled. It was an easy fix with a daily call to room service.
