Tevreden ontbijt 10

Bedden zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Kamer 114 in Marijke,Bergen is echt te klein.

Zonde van de reis, de tijd en het geld....

De middag aan zee.....

Een stillere kamer (constant een hard geluid van een of andere leiding) en meer personeel (restaurant had geen plaats ivm personeeltekort)

Leuk en gezellig adres voor een paar dagen ontspanning.

Een perfecte locatie voor veel activiteiten. Het ontbijt was goed er was meer dan voldoende. We wisten dat we de kleine kamer hadden. Hier was niks mis mee. Alles was aanwezig en schoon.

We zouden niet weten.

Fletcher, betaal veel geld voor een oud hok en niemand die het iets boeit.

Was echt heel slecht

Vieze kamer, vies bed (vochtvlekken), het tapijt zat onder de vlekken, slecht geïsoleerd, schimmel tussen de badkamer tegels, spinnenwebben in badkamer en kamer. Service was ook slecht, blijkbaar accepteren ze de huidige status al. Veel geld betaald voor een nachtje slecht slapen.

Hotel ok food not

Located in town centre though along a quiet road. Bergen is beautiful village for hanging out as well as walk in the dunes or on the beach. Latter bit firther away though.

Food quality is not the best, orange juice in morning is (poor) sirup based and scrambled eggs were maid for processed eggs (from the bottle). In evening food is more focussing on quantity than quality. The fish was good though covered with sauce and the plate covered with mashed potatoes. For good (and more limited amounts of) food there are some excellent other restaurants nearby.

Pleasant

Location is close to town centre, though still quiet location.

Breakfast is simple, the scrambled eggs not that nice as it is probably not real eggs being used.

Nice stay in Bergen

A nice comfortable single room, plenty of parking space if you have a car.. just a ten minute walk from center, nice breakfast which was included in the price

Very enjoyablemy single room was very comfy and the s taff very friendly

Bfast was great enjoyed the cheeses cold meats fruit salad very fresh bread and only the boiled egg from the hot food

The bacon was too crispy for me but I had plenty to eat

I'd really like the atmosphere and the location. The breakfast was also really good. Staff was friendly.

The hotel room needs painting but it was comfortable and the location was very good.

The scrambled eggs were disgusting because they were made from liquid eggs, not real ones. The boiled eggs were warmed up on Sunday and the egg whites were brown. The staff didn’t care. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. One of the ebikes we rented made loud noises which was irritating while riding through the quiet dunes.

Bergen is a delightful town, and an excellent base for touring the area by bike

Excellent breakfast including hot items and a good range of continental breakfast items. The hotel is well situated in relation to the city centre.

There were no towels when we arrived and we could not contact reception as there was no house phone. The double bed was two singles pushed together (not uncommon in Dutch hotels) but in this case one mattress was 2 inches higher than the other. Not very convivial for newlyweds and uncomfortably soft. No frills room, no tea/ coffee facilities. No lotions etc in the bathroom, just liquid soap. There was a pile of dirty towels and sheets in the corridor outside our room for several days. On checkout there was unexpected additional charges for car parking and local taxes.

oK but not good.

the room was comfortable although the furniture was strange. everything was worn but acceptable. they had no butter at breakfast the majority of the time. unacceptable.

the staff were very nice. they were clearly embarrassed by the lack of butter.

location is great, but book a big room

the location is super

the room was really small! The shower was also tiny! We stayed here last year for a better price and the room was big. Now they gave us this tiny room. It was also not possible to find a parking space on the second evening!
