Good enough.

The room was big enough and so were the beds. The curtains did block the light well. Breakfast was good. I have stayed in many, many hotels over the years, I can tell you that I have seen this breakfast choice in almost all of them. Nobody eats beans for breakfast... no idea why they keep offering it. The bacon was quite good, so were the fruits breads and pastries. The wellness are was big and quite nice. Free parking next to the door.

It is time to make some renovations. Like the bathroom door, the cracked door frame, the tables. Invest in some bigger TVs, the one we had was really small. The room was on the first floor and if you open the windows smoke comes in from the people smoking there. Make them go somewhere else. Actually, I did ask for a room at the highest possible floor. I am quite sure there were some available but I was not in the mood to debate. I was hoping for one bed big enough for two, we had two beds next to each other.

Poor

I paid for early check in but when I arrived at the correct time my room wasn't ready. I was told housekeeping had forgot!!! Also, I needed to have breakfast early as I was heading back to London. I arrived for breakfast at the opening time of 6.30am but they hadn't opened. Had to wait 15 minutes before they opened up. All in all very poor.

Pleasant room, very clean. Good bathroom.

Very nice recently build hotel. The only minus is the irritating request to pay 3 euro at the reception at checking in. When asked what it is for the answer is handling charge, When asked again the answer is tourist tax. It is an obvious way to get en extra 3 euro of every guest at Fletcher. They have been doing that for a while. Not a got idea.

The meal in the restaurant deserved a 6. Not up to standard.

Good sauna. Good coffee ☕️ Quiet place. Good safety parking.

At the reception on arrival, they did not describe the services available in the hotel. We had to ask about everything to get an answer. At our arrival, they first offered us a room that was dirty and has not yet been cleaned. We protested, and we were offered a new room, but whose carpet was stained (just like the first one, by the way...) The room service was not very good : they forgot to put a spare towel on the 2 that were to be changed. They also forgot to put 2 tea bags on the 2nd day of our stay. Wi-Fi didn't work at all :-((

Location okay suitable for us visiting friends in the area.

Restaurant was okay but menu quite restricted when staying for a week. Bathroom was not cleaned enough bearing in mind we were not just there overnight.

It's ok, but below expectations

Breakfast was decent and pretty cozy place to sit and eat. Staff was helpful when letting them know we wanted to check in late in the evening (past 2300). Responded pretty quickly after sending a message through the app.

The room is ugly and weird and totally not cozy. Super big for some reason and interior looks like it's from the 80's or something. Odd choice of carpet. Just really wasn't feeling it. Bathroom feels almost like a train station bathroom. Pillows way too big, hurt our necks.

rooms get really poor… sheets, towels so …. last year was drops :-) as a gift. Kitchen become worse

not sure I would stay again, position and checkin was great but the room was a major let down

staff were lovely and the position is great, free parking and reception and breakfast room are lovely.

carpet in room was filthy, large disabled bathroom was also very grubby (kept my flip flops on) hairdryer was absolutely useless. beds were uncomfortable and only one pillow per bed. towels very small and old.

First and last time we will be staying here. the hotel and its rooms are old, not properly cleaned and the fact that the

Plenty of parking close by, exterior and ground floor reception and restaurant look nice

No airconditioning; 30+ degrees in the hotel room Basic necessities missing from room (iron, pen/paper, proper shampoo/shower gel, etc ) Entire hotel is based on making more money.. Everything you look at is asking for more revenue; there is even a sign in the room to prohibit takeaway food…
