Hotel de excelente localização ao estádio.

Localização bem perto do estádio onde foi o show do Bruno Mars

Já tinha enviado 3 mensagem bem antes da estadia pedindo que colocassem um quarto perto do outro pois estava com minhas filhas sendo 1 menor( só não ficamos todos no mesmo quarto, pelo hotel não disponibilizar de quarto quádruplo). Pois bem me responderam já um dia antes que só poderiam fazer isso no ato do check in. Quando eu cheguei a noite tinham 2 atendentes homens e o da direita foi que iniciou meu atendimento e eu pedi que colocassem os quartos próximos e esse de forma ríspida disse que não seria possível, pois o hotel estava de lotação máxima. Aí eu com toda calma expliquei que já havia mandando mensagem antes fazendo esse pedido por conta das minhas filhas, porém ele continuou fazendo o check in como se eu não estivesse falando com ele. O outro atendente da esquerda que não lembro o nome, ficou olhando tudo acontecer e disse a o outro: para um pouco ai que vou colocar eles sim um próximo ao outro ( esse atendente que não me recordo o nome, esse sim sabe trabalhar com o público e tem empatia com os clientes, trabalha com amor). Assim ele fez ligou para um ramal, falou com alguma pessoa e disse assim para mim : fique tranquila vcs ficaram próximos as filhas de vcs. Gostaria de agradecer ele mais uma vez pela sensibilidade que teve comigo! Eu agradeci muito ele no dia e queria deixar registrado aqui minha gratidão a ele. Já o da direita que começou meu atendimento , sinceramente ele precisa ter mais empatia ao próximo.

Reservei pensando ter cafe da manhã incluso, mas na recepção fui informado que não havia

Não houve serviço de limpeza e arrumação do quarto. Não tinha vaga na garagem

Nice but Very basic

The room is big, with a nice balcony and view.

There’s absolutely nothing in the “kitchen”. Not even glasses. The fridge is completely empty!

We paid for a room with 2 single beds. The rooms was very tired. The toilet door was so warped it would not shut properly. The hotel does not offer meals apart from breakfast and room service at £576 for 3 nights with those facilities or lack of avoid
