Gostei do Mercure, aliás já tenho experiências em São Paulo com minha família

Café da manhã muito bom com várias opções de massas mas muita proteina que dá a energia para enfrentar as atividades da manhã . O funcionário muito sorridente , bem apresentado e disponível para informações

O Restaurante para o jantar .poucas opções e muito caras

Nadie atendió mis mensajes

Les escribí hasta el cansancio porque cerraron el aeropuerto de Florianópolis justo el día que viajaba. Tenía certificado y todo. Jamás tomaron en cuenta mis múltiples mensajes para llegar a un acuerdo justo. Pésimo.

Muito bom, localização maravilhosa...

Excelente atendimento na recepção, quartos impecável, localização excelente...

Preço do café da manhã muito caro, poucas pessoas comem bem na parte da manhã, cinquenta reais um café, meio caro principalmente em baixa temporada, o estacionamento também não é incluso,... Foi o que deixou a desejar já que a diária não é das mais baratas....

As cortinas em péssimo estado . Os controles do chuveiro muito antigos e qto é q fazer muita força para abrir e depois ficava pingando

Very poor

I`m not a very complicated guest and usually prefer not to leave any comments. But this time I have to do this. I`m travelling all over the world many years and visited many hotels by Mercure. But this one is really "special". I couldn`t believe that everything awful about hotel services can be gathered in one place! Everything. Beginning from hotel stuff which are not able to speak english at all and finishing with a swamp smell in all the rooms! Hot water in shower can be finished in any time! No any noise isolation at all! There even wasn`t a shield "Don`t disturb" in the room. Stayed there just because the medical congress took place in the city and there were no any rooms in other hotels. We were really happy to escape from there at the end.

Nice stay but restaurant could have more veggie options

- Receptionist at check in and other staff were very helpful. - Room was in good size. - Restaurant had 1 option for vegan (Swiss potato)

- Breakfast was not vegan friendly. They only had fruit and bread but no veggie butter, veggie cream cheese, or some jelly. At least they had some plant based milk. If they had some more options like some "scrambled tofu", avocado, etc it would enhance greatly the experience and the breakfast price would be worth it.

Staff is friendly. The room is well kept (clean).

The room is noticeably old. The bathroom is narrow and has mould. The internet is unacceptable, you lose connection all the time and when it works is really slow.

Great location, poor room availability management.

Mercure Florianopolis is well located, close to roads to north and east beaches. It has restaurants and a shopping center close by, so it's very convenient.

They simply didn't have a room for us, despite it was booked (and confirmed!) weeks in advance. The check-in time was at 2pm, and we arrived close to 4pm, so there was no excuse for that. They ended up finding a room for us, but the stress at check-in messed up the whole experience.

clean and beautiful hotel with great staff and location!

centrally located for easy Uber access to go to other parts of the island. good food within hotel. staff was excellent and tried really hard to overcome language barrier

hearing children crying in their rooms while I was in mine…. so maybe walls too thin?
