Ok for the money

Clean room. Location near the train station. Modern facilities (shower, bathroom).

Breakfast not included. Small room, not much bigger than the bed. A bit far from downtown, one has to get a funicular and elevator to get there, but since the town is pretty small, it's no big deal.

La televisión no funcionaba, en recepción vinieron a verla y la solución es decir que es viaja y no funciona, total que me quede sin poder ver la televisión y no me dieron ninguna solución.

Excellente adresse pour une escale en Cerdagne

J'ai été agréablement surpris par l'excellente localisation de l'établissement, juste en face de la gare et tout près de la frontière française. La communication avec l'hôtel a été rapide et efficace, un point fort notable. L'hôtel semble avoir été rénové récemment, offrant un cadre design et confortable. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable et la literie est d'une qualité exceptionnelle, garantissant un sommeil réparateur. Les environs offrent un accès facile à diverses activités et restaurants.

Le prix, notamment pour une chambre de deux personnes, paraît excessif compte tenu de la classification de l’établissement et sa localisation.

Great value for money, great location, very comfortable bed and perfect location.

The location is ideal. Just a few minutes walk from the station and a few minutes walk to the funicular and lift taking you right up into the main part of the town if you don’t want to walk. The room was small but clean and tidy with a balcony with lovely views up to the top of the town and the mountains.

It has a cafe/bar attached and it would have been good if breakfast could be offered in it.

Nice and cozy hotel in terms of price / quality ratio

Comfort, cozy and clean room. I like scandinavian minimalism design. Friendly and supportive staff. Hairdryer in the room. Good location.

There was no fridge but it is possible to use fridge in the bar. Sound-isolation is not good enough and it can be quite noisy. The door from the hall to the stairway due to the open/close mechanism was very noisy sometimes, maybe it can be fixed. The hotel can be close at night which I didn't know or missed this information and that pin code should be used if so.

Not recommended

The hotel did a wrong booking off my credit card. I tried to get the refund over several months but they didn't help me with it. Only upon arrival it got fixed, after 8 months. Thus, I cannot recommend the hotel.

Simple but good value and a great location

Great location right by the train station. They didn't bat an eyelid at us taking our wet bikes up into our rooms. Nice, clean rooms. Good value for the price. Nice shower.

The woman working at reception and also in the bar dow stairs where we had breakfast was sometimes friendly but sometimes quite stand-off-ish. The rooms are quite small. But in general good value for money.

You get what you pay for

Extremely bare-bones hotel. For the price is excellent, but you get what you pay for. Rooms are basic, yet confortable. Modern, clean, all what you expect, but nothing more. They don't even give you soap, just a small bottle with "shower gel". If you want to explore the town and around and stay outside all day, it's more than enough.

Excellent budget hotel in a good location, easy parking and only 20 minutes to the ski slopes

Great VFM - but the wifi needs to work if you’re a business traveller (or compulsive streamer)

50m from the train station, ample outdoor parking on the doorstep, easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés and bakeries / shops, very friendly and helpful staff.

The wifi was hopeless - although according to the staff, this is an issue in the whole town (not sure why this has to be, as one single household-gauge fibre-optic cable can supply a million-plus end terminals several times over with >100mbs bandwidth).

A good quality lodging close to everything, very clean and affordably priced.

Located right next to the Puigcerdà train station and a 10-minute walk from the historic city centre, Hotel Terminus was well-suited to our needs. We were able to take our bicycles to our room via the elevator, and the beds were the most comfortable of our trip. No air conditioning but two large windows provided ample cross-ventilation. The nights are cool in summer so we had no trouble sleeping. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor and a bakery directly across the street, for croissants and pastries. There are also bicycle shops a short distance away, which was super convenient.

Quite a bit of street noise because the hotel is close to the train station and on a rather busy road. But it didn't prevent us from getting a good night's sleep, and after awhile you don't really notice the noise.

Location proximate to the train station and city center (reached via a free elevator and tram). Hotel was clean and room serviceable, good bathroom.

A bit noisy (hallway noises, other guests) and wifi was spotty in my room. No breakfast.

The cleaning staff do a great job. Room was spotless. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room temperature was good. Shower strong with plenty of Hot water. I enjoyed the coffee. Location is convenient and an easy walk to the center

Hotel is a little noisy from other guests returning late at night. Sound echoes a lot in hallway. More breakfast options would be welcome
