Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem sauberen Haus mit ausreichendem Komfort und sehr nettem Personal.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Lage (Strandnähe, Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus, Parken am Haus, Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Nachbarschaft).

Hallenatmosphäre im Frühstücksraum mit sehr hohem Geräuschpegel; Rühreier sind pampig und schmecken nicht.

Very close to Riva Del Garda and in a perfect location, surrounded by many restaurants.

The AC did not quite work as expected, which was a problem during a hot summer day and night.

Back to the 80ties but still comfortable

Location of the hotel is great. If the 70ties and 80ties are your thing you will feel great. Good beds though. Breakfast was real good and over complete, but why in the basement? Staff was helpfull and friendly.

For the rates we paid we expected a bit more. The rooms are comfortable but feels if you back in the 80ties. A 70x70 cm shower is really to small. I would take out the bidet and profide a bigger shower. Breakfast in basement while you have a restaurant that is empty but overlooks the pool is strange for me. Should be possible to bring this place into the 21st century.

Stay was ok because I spent most of my time away windsurfing.

Location is central and convenient

I booked a room with balcony because I wanted to have a chance to sit down outside in the evening and have a glass of wine, but my balcony was ground floor, in front and over a complicated set of dirty pipes, with some sort of movable scaffolding right in front - not even a drug addict would have used that balcony. The air conditioning was not working properly - it made a lot of noise and air was coming through, but the room remained hot!! I reported this but to no avail. The toilet board was unhooked on one side, with the screw off, but nobody ever fixed it(I didn’t report it but the cleaners regularly left it hanging, so the problem was clearly known). The first night the TV was not working, fixed the next day. I was told on the phone before I booked that there was space to have breakfast outdoor (I wanted this for safety with covid) but this turned out not to be true, the only room for breakfast was indoor.

The breakfast was exceptional, lots of food and choices. The pool area was also nice and all the staff members were really helpful !

Very good location

Good location, nice pool area, ok breakfast.

AC did not work. Too few and old (broken) sun beds in the pool area. Apartments are more like a hotel room. Not good for preparing own food.

Exceptional

The breakfast has an extraordinary variety of Italian cakes. The rooms have their own terrace and the air conditioning is a plus. The shared area in front of the swimming pool is excellent and with good Internet connection to work. The location is just perfect and with parking for the car.

Pity that the Internet connection from the room and private terrace didn't work for remote working. They are working on it.
