Acceptable, not more

The staff is very nice!

Hotel feels in need of some works. Very old feeling. The pool was taken away and the breakfast buffet was very poor. Not at all in same class as in the south of island. Worst of all, a lot of rats in the garden. No joke, they live up in the palms and running up and down the three at night. A simple rat plate around the palms maybe can help… First time we see this anywhere

In the middle of the village, great garden.

The hotel has no parking available. You should park your car in surrounding streets.

the employees are very kind and gentle

separated beds for couples are really a shame! unfortunately this practice is very common in Canary Islands. I just ask: WHY?????? WHYYYY????

A very pleasant hotel, and a convenient base for exploring the local area.

Excellent buffet breakfast. Good evening meals. Traditional and elegant atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized rooms. Nice view over gardens from balconies. Free jacuzzi. Sensible, functional bathrooms with plenty of space and good towel rails.

A kettle for making hot drinks would be good. Some road noise from down the hill.

A traditional and very pleasant hotel with a lovely garden.

Convenient location for airport and touring the north east of the island. Good variety and quality of breakfast. Excellent value evening meal. Use of free jacuzzi. Friendly staff.

Short break to watch Pet Shop Boys concert

Good hotel outside of the tourist area in a Spanish town. Location is good for exploring Las Palmas,but with easy parking!

Superb

Great accommodation. Excellent room with high quality materials. Comfortable bed. Nice view. Big TV with netflix. Excellent breakfast and friendly and competent staff. Highly recommending this place! By car it takes 10min to get to the coast line (via the expressway).

No complaints. All was excellent!

you get what you pay for and on that basis it was fine

easy to find, clean and did the job for 1 night. beds very comfy

all a bit jaded in the bathroom, and our shower didn’t work

Dinner surprises

The room enjoyed a splendid view over the garden of the hotel. Despite the busy road flanking the hotel, no sound could be heard due to the plants and palm trees in the garden and the the double-glazed windows. The kind gesture of a welcome gift in the form of items of local produce was greatly appreciated. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. As I stayed half-board, I came to look forward to the surprise of dinner as the menu changed daily and the translations into English were never quite what arrived on my plate. I can recommend trying the cakes - so delicious.

I would have liked to have been given a local street map as I checked in. It was only as I drove away from the hotel that I realised which residential areas would have been nice to have explored on foot.

Pleasant

In general everything was ok. Nice staff and good breakfast. The location is great, close enough to Las Palmas and with lots to see in the surroundings.

Parking slots, it was not difficult to park close by but it is a pity they dont have their own parking. In general, the hotel looks ok but it is quite old and you can tell after a short while, it needs a renovation for sure. In our case, the bathroom was a bit smelly from the pipes. We had a balcony, but not possible to use due to the sun and the hot weather, it has no shade at all. Also the twin beds where far too separated....but we managed to join them, it is a pity no double beds are available.

reasonable hotel,bit dated,fair value for money ,quite a way out of Santa Brigida. Please remember it is a school hotel

evening meal cooked and served by trainees— it is a’ school hotel’

no tea/coffee facilities in the room. buffet breakfast was limited,-no hot plates-tea/coffee had to be ordered and served individually by staff.

Superb

Very good hotel for what we paid and Santa Brigida is well located to reach the sights in the centre of the island. Food in the restaurant was excellent and the daily menu was extremely good value. Staff very helpful.
