Would never return due to the food.

Very clean hotel with decent size rooms, comfy beds & pillows.

Food here is appalling, the whole idea of an all-inclusive is that I don’t need to eat elsewhere. The food served in the buffet restaurants and snack bars is the same and is practically inedible.

Best holiday in a long time..

Fantastic value. The hotel is four stars but has exceeded expectations. I would give 4.5 stars as the entertainment and staff, mainly, are brilliant. From the maids to the animation team (Miguel, Sol and Brian and Natallia, to name a few, always smiling), everyone took the time to fuss about our little one. One night's entertainment with Grease and Mama Mia was a better experience than the Westend. Last but not least, the photographer Simon was exceptional. We feel like we made a friend as he was so personable. Honestly, the best holiday experience we’ve had as a family. Pros: all you can eat selection is better than most all-inclusive, the friendly staff and great entertainment. Cons: it’s hard to come up with anything, but if being picky, a better children’s pool area with a slide or something similar. We’ll be back! PS. A bottle of Prosecco (which is listed on Waitrose website for £12) was gifted with a bottle opener on our first day, a lovely touch.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel

The food was extremely good and lots of choices at dinner. The animation team was very active. The staff were all very respectful and nice to talk to when needed We had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel for lots of reasons, especially for those who like to have lots of activities.

For some reason the keycards are very sensitive to cell phones and stop working if they are in close proximity to a phone and I had to go several times to the lobby to get this sorted, it can be a bit difficult to keep these things apart at all times. The noise insulation between rooms could be improved a lot, we were a bit unfortunate to have very loud and inconsiderate next door neighbors, noise from the hallway was also very noticable. Other guests is of course something the hotel can do little about but better insulation would go a long way, still this is nothing a pair of earplugs didn´t fix when it came time to go to bed.

The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful. Very generous in hospitality. A couple of times we were late for breakfast but they let us in. The location was perfect in Costa adeje. Didn't need to hire car or needed private transport. Very close to Siam park.

A little more maintenance on the rooms and furniture which appeared aged. The location of our pool facing room was right at the corner which we didn't fine very appealing and couldn't change. Otherwise no major negative experiences. A good holiday hotel for families.

Did not meet my expectations unfortunately

The hotel has a nice location - close to the airport (about 15 mins by taxi), close to Siam Park, and close to the sea. The staff is friendly and the facilities are good, shows are nice.

Food is not good at all - the buffet looks beautiful and abundant but tastes awful, way too much salt and sugar

Great standard throughout. The room was clean and appeared to have been freshly decorated. the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a great choice of food.

Whilst the buffet restaurant did offer gluten free options, the labelling wasn’t always clear. The counters were labelled ‘Gluten Free Corner’ but often there was non-gluten free items so care had to be taken. I actually ate some pasta thinking it was GF s it was situated in the GF corner. The staff were very helpful but it was a bit annoying each time I had to ask about the options. Also, there was no sliced bread for toast (the only option was a gf baguette which took 10 mins to prepare. Not particularly convenient.

Wish we stayed longer. In love with Tenerife and we really enjoyed Iberostar

We were very delighted with everything. Hotel location is great, room clean, bed's huge and very comfy. All staff were always helpful and friendly. Thanks Ana from reception for the help with the courtesy room. Food is quite diverse and tasty. There is something for everybody and ( I guess) all dietary requirements. Same goes with drinks. Very diverse. Pool area is really nice. Entairtainment nights are fun but not too over the top. Weather was just perfect. We will come back.

I didn't expect it to be so full just before kids holiday in October, but I didn't mind it actually. First time in Tenerife so didn't know what to expect. It was what we expected and more. So no negatives really.

Good area ,not good if you have walking difficulties because of hills. Food very bland in hotel very same everyday which considering all chefs nothing had any flavour. So.e staff lovely especially Entertainment and restaurant staff Bar staff miserable. Rooms good size ,clean ...but you only get bed changed apparently if you ask after 12 days never had a bed change. Plenty good quality drinks .Entertainment was fabulous. But I wouldn't go again ..

Food bland no flavour. Either overcooked or undercooked ,people saving sunbeds at 6.30 scrapping g and moving them but you did always get a bed but I was a lone traveller.

The people cleaning and running every part of the hotel were lovely and very friendly. The pool was lovely and you were not rushed away from pool or the bar in evening. Perfume shop was great.

The food wasn't great, also there was alot of young loud people. Was kept awake for the last 2 nights of our stay from young loud drunk people also.
