Problema check in di sera

La stanza spaziosa e silenziosa. Comodità dei servizi di ogni genere.

Abbiamo fatto il check in di sera e avendo seguito il navigatore siamo giunti al check point e non i reception. Qui ad attenderci non c'era nessuno. Abbiamo aspettato più di 20 min finché è arrivato il personale addetto che con aria sbrigativa ci ha comunicato che dovevamo passare in reception facendoci vedere nella mappa dove si trovava. Senza nessun altra indicazione solo con la cartina in mano abbiamo fatto fatica a trovarla. Chiamato più volte il numero della struttura scritto su booking dava NUMERO INESISTENTE.

è grande , vicino al lago, piscine eccezionali

siamo clienti da anni, le camere le abbiamo trovate un pò vecchie, il bagno soprattutto la vasca e il porta asciugamani arrugginito. anni fa il buffet era più ricco, pecca di qualità. ho trovato la struttura un pò spenta, poca attività

Brilliant location good bus service to town was brilliant.

I liked the staff very helpful. pool area was very good breakfast not the best cold eggs bacon horrible and sausages in water not a done thing with the British.

The bathroom needed an update toilet seat needed fixing!!

the location is perfect, near to the Gardaland Park and also to the center of Pescheria

Usato per un convegno, struttura eccellente e cibo strepitoso (anche per vegani e vegetariani).

Il cibo è il punto di forza della struttura, il cuoco si è prodigato per accogliere le richieste di tutti. Ottimi gli spazi vasti e ariosi sia nelle camere sia nelle sale congressi. Bello il parco intorno, ottimo per passeggiate e momenti di relax.

Mi aspettavo una temperatura leggermente più alta dell'acqua della piscina (considerando che c'era anche un idromassaggio) interna, e leggermente più flessibilità per l'orario di uscita dalla stanza considerato che il giorno dopo era libera.

Pools with the slides. The kids really enjoyed it,plus the area around the hotel, all the greenery one can imagine. Really nice place that is worth visiting again.

Pleasant stay, nearby peschiera del garde is well worth a visit

We liked the choice of pools, the cleanliness of the rooms, the animation team were very welcoming and great with the kids. Some staff were absolutely lovely - just had two poor experiences with reception staff. The free shuttle to Peschiera is good too! The grounds are beautifully kept, you are just a little bit on your own and the hotel has a business/conference vibe rather than holiday at times. But it was absolutely fine for what we needed and holiday vibe can be found at the laguna pool area. Bar staff were friendly and mini golf was free too- which was good!

Breakfast selection was always cold. We had asked for an upgraded room and paid considerably more but it was exactly the same as people in our party who had paid for basic room. No mini markets or shops in walking distance so bear in mind if you are going in self catering apartments. Taxis are expensive, but only real option with being out of the way… but that’s why the free shuttle to the town is good! We didn’t like some of the reception staff they did not supply a travel cot, they did not respond to the above complaint and they wouldn’t allow us a room to shower in after check out for the children to get changed for the flight. There was also quite a lot of mosquitos- so be wary and take some spray.

Great ressort & hotel to stay in Garda

The view and environment was beautiful. Nice pools and amazing breakfast. Gorgeous area to recreate and have a good family or romantic time.

The first night we had stiff pillows but were changed for the next night. The worst was the elevators od the hotel that it was always stinky of feet. They have a nice gym and sauna area but you gotta pay for them which is strange if compared with other options.

A nice hotel, really close to Sigurta park. The rooms are clean and the service is great. A new shuttle service to and from Peschiera del Garda is a wonderful treat.

Depressing hotel with bad hospitality

I liked nothing except for the location

The reception were not helpful they insist to let wait until 3 pm to check in. The room was old furniture is old and looks disappointing, they have to make renovation for the hotel. I don’t recommend it, it is depressing.

cold water in the pool, food very mono and in the rank of two-star hotels, towels and bath towels only once if you want to change them you have to pay every time ( whether it is dirty or wet makes no difference ), no action in the hotel..
