Discreto , Non ci tornerei .

Ottima Posizione e si mangia bene .

Clima funzionate ma faceva un rumore molto forte , per il quale era impossibile usarla di notte . Il frigo funzionate ci è stato tolto dalla stanza , per mettere uno non funzionate , e dopo averlo fatto presente ci è stato riportato indietro il frigo funzionate . Ovviamente hanno negato tutto , ma la forma interna del frigo era completamente diversa .

Слабый Wi-Fi, устаревший телевизор без smartTV, только местные каналы. Мало овощей и фруктов на завтрак.

Good but not good enough

The staff were really friendly, the hotel was very clean, the food was nice

If you book the all inclusive through booking they charge you for umbrella and sun-bed. The guest who booked directly had these included without extra charge. The drinks between breakfast, lunch and dinner where not included and they asked us to pay for it. After we complained about it as we booked all-inclusive, they told us we can have soft drinks for free but we should always ask for it. On the first day there were 2 small bottles of spring water in the fridge. They never filled fridge with water thereafter. Disappointed. Don’t buy all inclusive!

This place needs a renovation.

Close to the beach. Restaurant and shopping possibilities close by.

The shower sliding doors fell apart. Called the reception it was fixed. After a few days the second sliding door fell apart. Did not call the reception, gave up. The Bide water stopper did not work called the reception, the maintenance person came and fixed but still it did not work. The carpets, the doors etc. were worn out. Parking cost 18 euros a day but no car shades. Beach lounge costs 18 euros a day but you have to pay extra if one wants to be in the front rows. Is this a 4 star hotel ?? I precisely was looking or a 4 star hotel but was very disappointed.

Exceptional

The stay matched all expectations and even more. The room looks exactly like on picture and is cleaned every day. The hotel is very safe, I was afraid to leave room key at reception desk but no one took it. The helpful staff both as at reception who can clarify everything you need to and in the restaurant who can bring whatever you ask to and always with smile🙂. The menu of local quesine tastes also great and is good balanced. (PS. Chef, tried pizza and pasta in Milan and it is nothing to write home about comparing with yours😉)

I had some problems with wifi at the restaurant (maybe problem is with my phone).

Good location, private parking, very kind staff

Wifi was extremely slow, the breakfast was very limited. You can enter for dinner between 19:30 and 20:00 pm only. The nonalcoholic drinks were not included in the dinner, for example, water, which has to be free. I ordered a taxi at the reception, a private taxi arrived and the fee was 20 EUR / 3 km. It should be aprx. 10 EUR according to Rimi's taxi site.

Very friendly and family atmosphere. Warmly recommend.

Hotel in a great location, next to the beach and close to public transport. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Very good meals, Beautiful view from the restaurant. Exceptionally friendly hotel staff. Probably the best bartender in Rimini :)

Lovely relaxing stay

The location was ideal for the beach, Metro stops close by, and proximity to cafe's and restaurants. The staff and management were exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times and make this a very welcoming location. Whether it was the cleaning staff, the dining staff or hotel manager , nothing was ever too much trouble. Recommendations or tips re travel or restaurants were always spot on but special mention to Lisa in reception who was endlessly helpful.

Good breakfast, Good Location, Good service by the staff. Right next to the beach and it was possible to get a discount on the sunbeds and umbrellas.

The room seemed a little outdated. Parking is difficult. Parking on the property was 15 Euro per day a day and nearby (800m away) parking 10 euro per day. We ended up parking at 1.5km away for free.

Exceptional

Superb location, next to the beach 78, lovely friendly staff, the room was cleaned daily, also changed the towels and the bed sheets, great air conditioning system in the room. Good room and bathroom size, we had the triple bedroom with balcony. They are serving a good selection of breakfast food, also lunch and dinner in their restaurant. t’s one of the best hotels in Rimini, we will definitely book again, as we had a lovely 12 days holiday at Derby Hotel

Lovely hotel, gorgeous hotel team and great location!

Our little week away in Derby Hotel Rimini was absolutely wonderful thanks to the loveliest team looking after us and great location of the hotel. We would highly recommend Derby Hotel and come for a visit next summer! ❤️

Superb

Breakfast was nice and the staff was helpful and friendly!

Parking was very cramped and we did not have a dedicated parking spot ( or any real parking spot) even though we had reserved parking st sn extra 15 euro per day.
