Wenn man keine Ansprüche hat, ok.

Freundliches Personal. Guter und schneller Service.

Zum Duschen war die Badewanne zu benutzen. Mit Duschvorhang, der einem um die Beine flatterte. Auf die Toilette konnte man sich am besten seitlich hinsetzen, da man sonst den Waschtisch an der Schulter hatte. Bei Körpergröße 1,60 m und 60 kg Körpergewicht bestimmt weniger Probleme, als bei 1,85 m und 110 kg :-)))

Very clean. Very friendly and kind staff, always happy to help. Great location. Great selection of food for buffet breakfast and dinner.

The fact that there are two different buildings. At the smaller one, the lift is in between the floors, so you always have to go up or down the stairs after you use the lift, even carrying your suitcases on arrival and departure. This building is not designed for elderly or disabled people. They close the main door of the small building at night, so you must go to the main one and cross the street through the tunnel which includes even more stairs.

Exceptional

I really liked the breakfast and dinner, there was a big variety of options for vegans and vegetarians. The location is amazing because it takes only a two minute walk to reach the haven and the restaurants and clubs so you never have to worry about how you're getting back to the hotel at night. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I liked the rooms as well, they had everything I needed.

Very central location and better food than most places

- The swimming pools - The bar is pretty good - The food is ok

- One tiny elevator for all guests! this can be quite stressing if you are travelling with kids as the elevator is always busy during breakfast and dinner and taking the stairs is not always an option. - One night we needed and extra pillow for our daughter and nobody from the staff had keys to the room where they are stored, we were told to wait till next day when the cleaners were back duh!

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. For the price including half board we expected the food and the room to be awful but it definitely exceeded our expectation. The room was super-had everything you could need, not so hard to find a parking spot near the hotel. The dinner was amazing - not the usual buffet, it was different every day with a very good variety.

It was a little noisy because of the bar across the street but it was not a problem for us.

For price over 70€ i dont recommend the place. Rooms are not like on the pictures.

Breakfest was nice

No drinks on dinner; rooms were old and badly cleaned; we had a hole in the bathroom ceiling and the water was tripping from the ceiling.

Feel you could & should do more for your customers, it will pay off

The room was very disappointing. Very basic bathroom accessories, one small tablet of soap & two small sachets of shower gel. We were in the annex which is tired. We overlooked the big square & the noise was non stop till early hours. Better double glazed doors would have reduced the noise. Beds very hard.
