It was a good 8/10 because of the situation, however other than that everything was great.

It was clean, the location was very convenient the hotel was nice overall, I would definitely stay there again.

I lost money in the room, after which I called the property that if they are found to let me know, and when later that day I came to pick up my luggage that I left on the reception, not a word about any money was mentioned.

Wir kommen seit über 30 Jahren nach Monaco und dass der Aufenthalt toll wird, liegt an uns. Der Anfang war sehr stressig

Zuerst hatten wir Zimmer 643, mi Balkon und Meersicht ein schönes Zimmer, ohne Frühstück. Alles ausgepackt, schaute ich die Rechnung an, der Preis war über CHF 700.00 höher als gebucht. Der Mann am Empfang, hat einfach 7 x den Tagespreis genommen mit Frühstück. Mein Französisch ist zu schlecht und der Mann gab nicht nach, dass ist der Preis. Habe einen anderen etwas deutsch sprechenden Mann bekommen. Er war der absolute Hammer, er hat alles mit viel Herzblut gerettet! Ein junger, kompetenter gescheiter Geschäftsmann, geben Sie ihm sorge. Wir wären ansonsten ausgezogen, es geht nicht nur ums Geld, ich habe im Voraus gebucht, mit einer Preiszusage.

Ich will immer auf die Stadtseite, Bergsicht, ich habe das auch so gebucht, ohne Frühstück. In den über 15 Jahren, hat es nur 2 x geklappt, ich bekam mein Zimmer Nr. 1000. Der junge Mann gab mir Nr. 912, dass ist die Bergseite, aber ohne Türe zur Terrasse. Ich musste zum Fenster raus klettern um die Badesachen zu trocknen und die Terrasse war sehr schmutzig, Zigistummel, Scherben, abgerissene Rohre und nachher schwarze Füsse. Das Zimmer war sauber und gross mit Badewanne und Bergsicht, ein Stock höher, wäre ein Traum gewesen💪

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gutes Frühstück und bequemes Zimmer.

Die Matratze wurde unter dem Bezug mit Plastik bezogen, das rascheln störte sehr.

Bon accueil, très kidfriendly. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le restaurant : personnel très aimable, bonne cuisine, bel espace bien décoré. Bravo pour l'espace jeu près du restaurant.

No sé condice con el prestigio de la cadena.

Nada en particular.

Mala recepción. Distribución de tasa de baño sin lavamanos. No funcionó enchufes de secadores en área de ducha. Pésima ubicación alejado de todo.

Muy recomendable

La ubicación es bastante buena, está a 8 minutos andando del casino. El hotel es moderno, bonito y las habitaciones están muy bien, las instalaciones también, tiene todo una cuidada decoración. El desayuno es muy completo y todo está muy bueno. La piscina es pequeña, pero está genial y se está muy a gusto allí, nos gustó mucho todo.

La única pega es el precio. En la ubicación puntualizar que Mónaco está todo lleno de cuestas y el hotel está en alto. Todo lo demás nos gustó.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Located within 7 min walk to Casino. Parking on site. Nice pool for the kids to cool down.

Not a lot of space when the sofa bed is opened, but still manageable.

Stylish hotel, the impression when you come in is really great normal bed was super comfy The sofabed was very medium, The location "near" the casino, shopping and parc, was nice parking on site in the underground is expensive but worth it Ritual products and nice towels No noice Good airco Nice bar and good icecoffee sludge at the poolbar

Not enough place around swimmingpool to lounge but hotel has limited place, they did have a set of lounges on the side The roof Terrasse has much more potential.. The taste of the free water was not great.

Food and the drinks were good.

The staff took some time to bring us an iron, as it is not available in all rooms. There is no place to buy a snack or some food during the night. You always need to order always room service.

convenience near Monte Carlo train station. bar area very nice and was not expecting the pool area to be open which was nice touch on a last morning before catching train to Nice
