Det er et af de bedste hoteller vi har boet på. Der vil vi gerne tilbage til.

Daniel i loungen var helt fantastisk imod os. Hele personalet var flinke, hilste altid. Der var en rigtig god stemning. God beliggenhed, dejlig mad, rent og pænt alle steder.

Belebtes Strandhotel an der Promenade mit vorwiegend britischen Gästen.

Direkte Lage an der Promenade. In der Umgebung des Hotels sind öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden. Schönes Pool mit Liegen. Frühes Frühstück war nach Anmeldung möglich.

Lage & Ausstattung gut, aber Erdgeschosszimmer meiden

Schwimmbad und Strand sind schön, das Frühstücksbuffet war super

In der Nacht war die Musik in der Lobby so laut, dass es unmöglich war, in den nahegelegenen Zimmern im Erdgeschoss zu schlafen. Auf Anfrage war es nicht möglich, aus diesem Grund das Zimmer zu wechseln. Das Personal war in dieser Situation leider nicht sehr hilfreich.

Wow! One of my favourite hotels

Everything about this hotel, the location, right on the beach! The food, me and my mum were half board and you could choose between lunch or dinner. The rooftop pool was for premium guests but you could pay if you wanted to use it. The main pools were slighted heated. Good entertainment during the day and night. We stayed in room 3509 and it was perfect, pool and side sea view! We had a fridge and kettle in our room, 2 cups and 2 glasses. Close to so many bars, shops and restaurants. Happy hour every day 6-7pm. Was my mums birthday when we were there and they left cake and a bottle of champagne in the fridge for when we got back for the day, such a nice surprise for her. Would 100% come back.

Ok but could be better

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast :) Happy with our stay but would choose another hotel for the next time.

Need some upgrade. Uncomfortable sofa/bed. Outdated rooms. Loud flush system in the toilets. Poor sound isolation in the rooms especially on the lower floors. So request a room on the upper floors. We got a room on the 6 floor after we complained about the noise.

An average hotel on the beach

The hotel is on the beach, you just have to open the gate and cross the promenade and can enjoy the sand and the sea. There are several pools inside with sunbeds, bars. The staff was friendly, we could stay by the pool after check out. In the restaurant, the variety of the food is quite good, we tried breakfast and dinner as well. Both were good. For dinner, the beverages are not included in price , but it is usual. The room was nice however it would need some renovation. The hotel common areas are huge and nice, it was not crowded, but we were there in February.

We got a room in the basement floor, next to the street, even though I did not book the cheapest room, and the hotel was obviously not full in February. The floor on the corridor and in the room is not carpet, not stone, but laminated flooring, which was a bit worn. One night we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The furnitures in the room are used, the sunbeds were not in the best condition.

Het leek alsof er van 2 kamers 1 grote was gemaakt, dus erg ruim. Lekker bad, heerlijk bed. Alles schoon, veel kussens, leuke inrichting en vriendelijk personeel.

Einfach Toll...

Frühstück war unglaublich vielfaltig. Alles war organisiert und sauber. Pool mit Lage am Strand war toll. Aussicht war so schön. Sehr schönes Hotel.

LEIDER IST DAS BAD UNGLAUBLICH KLEIN. und der Badezimmertür ist im weg egal wie. Türstopper am Boden vor der Toilette.....Blöd...

Fabulous stay, wish we could return tomorrow.

Breakfast excellent though staff appeared to be a little gumpy with late arrivals, thankfully that didn't include us! Bar staff very nice & helpful. Looking forward to going back.

Ontbijt was top!!!

Suite geboekt. Op de foto’s staat een inloopdouche bij aankomst in de suite was het een douche in een bad met een glazen scherm waarvan de kitranden aan vervanging toe waren. Was beschimmeld.

Weekend i Spanien.

Bra läge, nära stranden och busshållplatsen. 20-25 minuter taxiresa från Malaga flygplats till hotellet som kostade 24 euro. Väldigt bra frukost, fanns mycket att välja på. Trevlig personal i receptionen.

VÄLDIGT lyhörd hotell. Man kan höra precis allt som händer i korridoren samt på rummen bredvid och rummen ovanpå. Spolning av toaletter framför allt på nätterna och tidigt på morgonen upplevdes väldigt störande och riktigt irriterande. Hotellet tar bankkort uppgifter vid incheckningen så känns inte alls tryggt att bankkortsnummer står inskrivet på en pass kopia. Det var kanske en sammanträffande händelse men jag misstänker att uppgifter på mitt bankkort har läckt eftersom dagen efter jag har checkat ut från hotellet har jag fått meddelande från min bank att mina kortuppgifter har används för ett köp i USA. Hysteriskt stämning på frukosten. Stressad personal som plockar bort använda tallrikar och bestick och serverar för nästkommande hotellgäster eller till lunch.

Fabulous

We’ve stayed here loads of times it really is that good. Excellent location, very clean, fantastic staff, rooms are spacious and nearly all of them have a lovely view. Food is great, though we only do breakfast here as there is so many restaurants to choose from. Back again in March.
