prédio antigo, banheiro estava com vazamento e porta travada para abrir. Sábado à noite nao tinha serviço de quarto para me arrumar 1 copo de gelo pq o rapaz estava de folga.

Muito boa

Linda vista da baia de guanabara, piscina grande, quarto espaçoso.

A vedação da porta de vidro, que dá acesso a varanda, deixava uma fresta, comprometendo o isolamento acústico. O mesmo acontece com o espaçamento entre os vidros do Box, fazendo com que a água do chuveiro molhe o banheiro.

Ótimo hotel

Piscina super gostosa, amei a massagem na jacuzzi e o quarto é confortável. A academia tem ótimos equipamentos e a vista é muito linda, iria mais vezes com minha família!

Muitas obras expostas, serviço de quarto lento, havia uma cueca no banheiro quando cheguei com minha família e a torneira estava quebrada.

A porta de entrada do quanto estava horrível para abrir. O hotel precisa de muitas obras, está largado. Esperava mais. Café foi mais do mesmo. Para o valor que paguei da diária esperava bem mais.

Beware. Safety issues.

Large private parking area

Everything else was bad at the hotel. My wife was stuck in the elevator for more than an hour the night before we checked out. A technician took too long to arrive at the hotel to fix the problem. After she finally was able to get herself out of the elevator and away from the danger, the hotel staff didn't even call us in the room to check if she was OK. It was a really bad experience overall. Very bad customer service and care. The hotel is mostly badly preserved. Lacks maintenance and renovation. We will never come back to stay at this hotel and will never recommend it to anyone else. I'm even considering suing the hotel due to the lack of safety inside the facility.

Dinner is restaurant is very bad. That is reason restaurant is every evening complete empty Water is swimingpool don't look clean, I didn't ask but I think its closed, no chairs or sunbeds.

Staff is well trained and flexible.

Food is expensive and not good, mine was sooo salty! Bathroom is ugly and old, definitely the worst part.

never again, not worth an Eurob

the checkout was quick, the breakfast waiter was friendly

long check in procedure, dirty and partly damaged room, dangerous metall edges on the floot, real toe cutter, blank walls without any picture or painting, stinky towels like dried on campfire, yeast&molds in bathroom shower - disgusting. I demand at least 30% refund.
