Enjoyable stay

Receptionist Denise at front desk is professional ,friendly and efficient . Other staff were very good too Room’s view is great Breakfast is excellent

Room furniture is not enough for essential activities;only one chair with arms, no dressing table , no mirror except at the entrance

Отель находится на берегу, при отеле есть парковка, открытый бассейн, ресторан, хорошо оснащённый спортивный клуб. Прямо у отеля идёт набережная, по которой можно совершить пробежку.

Отличный отель, красивый город

Бонусом разместили на верхнем этаже, видимо были места, вид на береговую линию и город потрясающие. Местоположение- топ! Машину поставили на паркинг при отеле. Шикарный завтрак, супер обслуживание на завтраке. Ужин тоже понравился, но завтрак вне конкуренции.

Удивительно, но платный вай фай, даже растерялись. Парковка тоже платная, но это нормально. При заезде всего на одну ночь взяли приличный депозит, что было большой неожиданностью, если учесть, что завтрак и ужин мы оплатили сразу. Прошел месяц, депозит до сих пор не вернули, хотя я связывалась с отелем две недели назад

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sauber und sehr sicher. Frühstück konnte im Garten oder klimatisierten Innenräumen eingenommen werden

Balkon war vom Kot der Vögel, welche am Firmenschild ihre Nester gebaut haben verdreckt. Wir mussten zweimal verlängern und es wurden dann höhere Preise angeboten als ursprünglich bezahlt

het ontbijt was geweldig, en dat het hotel aan de zee ligt is ideaal!

De schoonmaak en valet viel tegen dat je extra moet betalen als hotel gast is wel een tegenvaller. Daarnaast is het hotel wel toe aan een verbouwing in de kamers!

Буду корректен и краток. 1. Завтрак дрянь, неприемлимо. 2. Проживание за 150 € в сутки рядом с лифтом и ремонтом соседних номеров - это полное неуважение. Вывод : цена завышенна, ожидания неоправданны. Меня как клиента они потеряли.

Leider zu laut und Meerblick ist 50% Meerblick

Das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht. Das Frühstück schmeckt lecker.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hilton Hotel in Mersin hinterließ bei uns einen sehr zwiespältigen Eindruck. Einerseits waren die Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich und bemüht, insbesondere im Restaurant. Andererseits wurden wir abends von einem erheblichen Lärmpegel und lauter Musik bis Mitternacht geplagt, selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster war an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken. Dies war äußerst störend und frustrierend. Zusätzlich sei erwähnt, dass der halbe Stadtteil-Ausblick mit einem erheblichen Lärmpegel durch den Verkehr einhergeht. Dies verstärkt die Unannehmlichkeiten und trübt das Erlebnis zusätzlich. Des Weiteren hatten wir über Booking ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, bekamen jedoch lediglich ein Zimmer mit halbem Blick auf das Meer und halbem Blick auf die Stadt. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir angeblich ein Panoramablick-Zimmer mit Meerblick hätten buchen müssen, doch eine solche Option war bei Booking nicht verfügbar. Dies führte zu großer Enttäuschung und Unzufriedenheit. Am ersten Tag wurden wir zudem in ein Zimmer direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl platziert, was äußerst laut war. Nach ausgiebiger Diskussion konnten wir zwar ein anderes Zimmer erhalten, jedoch blieb der gewünschte Meerblick aus, und der Lärmpegel war weiterhin unzumutbar. Leider müssen wir auch das bereitgestellte Holzbabybett bemängeln, da es in einem schlechten Zustand war und bereits beschädigt wirkte. Insgesamt sind wir mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hilton Mersin äußerst unzufrieden und werden dieses Hotel zukünftig meiden.

Ausser wenn eine Hochzeit ist wäre es schön gewesen informiert zu werden um ein ruhiges Zimmer zu kriegen. Der Lärm war nervig bis nach Mitternacht. Basstöne lassen si nicht ignorieren. Deshalb… Wir kommen nicht mehr

Although rated one of the best hotels on booking.com, PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE.

Just the location. Room was too small for the amount we paid. We then upgraded to a junior suite, Where the AC was not working. Although we complained many times but no actions were taken till after 6 hrs & only when I asked the manager to come check the temp herself in the room, she agreed it wasn’t working. Then they sent this huge noisy portable AC in the room in order to replace the non functioning central AC. We then decided to cut short our trip because this entire shenanigans with hotel room made us absolutely bitter. We requested the manager to refund us for 2 night out of the 3 nights we paid for. He however only refunded us the upgrade fee for the suite but charged us for the 2 nights we originally paid for which we did not use because THEIR AC WAS NOT WORKING!!

EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY AC IN THE ROOM NOT WORKING & VERY UNFRIENDLY MANAGEMENT STAFF.
