Good location but expensive

Nice clean room with comfy beds and a decent working shower. Great location within walking distance to clubs. Friendly staff. Breakfast included. Lots of outdoor seating around the pool area. They got us a cab that arrived within minutes to take us back to the port. It was only 15 euros for a taxi between the port and the hotel.

Very, very expensive for what really is a standard hotel room and an okay breakfast. 277 Euros for one night. We didn't get to use the pool at all. We were too late the first night and in the morning we were told we weren't allowed to use it either.

Exceptional

Great facilities, walking distance to ushuaia and hi. The breakfast was great, the chef makes great omelettes. Our sliding door to the balcony didn’t lock and we asked reception to fix it, within 10 minutes the maintenance man came and replaced the lock.

Staff were so lovely, got a free upgrade

We didn’t like the booking.com process We needed dates changed and had to wait 5 business days for a response. Not the property’s fault though

A 1 star would have been better

-asked for king size bed, received 2 single beds just close to each other -minibar empty, you should pay to get it filled -uncomfortable beds -shampoo dispenser did not work, asked to the cleaning lady to change it. -asked for beach towels, they asked us 40€ deposit (trust issues?) -poor breakfast -were alone at lunch in the restaurant, and the waiter forgot to bring us one of the 3 plate we ordered

Exceptional

Brilliant hotel, in a really good location about a 5/10 minute walk to the clubs, little shop just around the corner. Breakfast is good. This is our second time at the hotel this year for my friends birthday- Lynda (seemed to work in the morning) upgraded us to a suite and sent us a bottle of champagne! Cannot fault the staff at all, they have always been helpful and nice. Food and drinks through the day are great, and the dj by the pool was even better! Would stay here again over other more expensive hotels in the area.

Hairdryer in the bathroom was a bit rubbish, took me about 30 mins to dry one side of my hair!

Another amazing stay at Vibra Bossa Flow

We've stayed in this hotel a couple of times and going back again in September! We absolutely love the vibe of this property and can't fault it in any way. Fantastic customer service from Paul and Lynda Just make you feel so welcome and looked after. If we ever had any issue, it was solved straight away, and we could always count on their assistance. Great pool, clean rooms, and fabulous strawberry daiquiris €. Location is perfect, very close to the beach but also walking distance from ushuaia and hi if you fancy a little bit of a party. Looking forward to our next stay at Vibra bossa flow 💯

A nice hotel and good value for money with *some* lovely staff

Renata and Davide at the poolside bar were just fantastic. So helpful, friendly and attentive. The vibe at the pool with the DJ and bar is so relaxing and a nice contrast from the craziness of Bossa nightlife

We had a few issues with theft which sadly is not uncommon in Ibiza but we didn’t let this affect our holiday. However one receptionist (we won’t name him but he works in the afternoon) was so unhelpful, rude and almost defensive about this. He made us feel bad for even asking for guidance. A shame as he really tainted such a great hotel. However the female receptionists working in the morning are so lovely, huge thanks to them

Breakfast was amazing and i would definitely got there again

Only thing was i met a girl in one of the clubs and wanted to get her in my room for few hours and i wasn't allowed so hopefully thats will be changed for future

Cannot wait to come back

The staff is simply great. Marco was very friendly and immediately felt us feel like home. He told us about all the facilities and offered help anytime needed. The property is very close to Hi Ibiza and Ushuaia. Breakfast was amazing, as well as the pool.

Sometimes it can be a bit of noise, but hey we were in Ibiza:))

Exceptional

Purposely chose this hotel for its location and did not disappoint! Around the corner from heaps of shops and restaurants and only 10-15 min walk from Ushuaia/Hi. The buffet breakfast was great and had lots of options and even a chef to make eggs of your choosing. Our room was amazing, we selected the cabana room which had our own private cabana outside the room, a little balcony, seating area and also a lounge room inside the room. The room was conveniently located on the ground floor only steps away from the pool. The staff were also all amazing and accomodating, and even let us check out an hour later, no questions asked.

Tiny rooms/ living space, bedroom was claustrophobic. No soundproofing at all- noise from surrounding rooms, even when people just talking you can hear everything. Our groundfloor room terrace was right next to a 'smokers area'. Strange layout of hotel with houses backed onto the pool area next to the bar- screaming kids and noise coming from their windows when trying to relax on the sunbeds

NO 4* hotel, don’t have any expectation about it.

the shower on the first floor, that was a really good idea. the location was also good, and comfy beds. also the staff really nice and helpful. nice common space “lounge” at the entrance.

cleanliness, i think the only clean area was outdoor the pool area. the room wasn’t clean even after the room service (on the floor so much dirt, hair) breakfast, was really basic, eggs, some cheese and hams/salamis, only some days tomato (no vegetables daily), beans, potato pie. room really old, the bathroom also. and more old old and old. does not worth the money. really really expensive for what offers. compared to another 4 starred hotel, this was only a very low 3 or 2*superior. just because it has a good pool area it can not be classified like 4*.
