Enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again.

Door codes all provided in advance. Great location and proximity to the beach. Unit was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

One of the pools was closed the duration of our stay and on last day a second one was closed. Still able to enjoy the remaining pool. Received a lot of follow up text messages requesting additional info for rental verification that made me nervous especially request for drivers license/selfie photo.

Complejo con salida a la playa. Cómodo con dos habitaciones y un comedor / cocina ok.

Casa antigua, con necesidad de una actualización. La iluminación era escasa, había algunas cosas que no funcionaban (teléfono, mosquitero sostenidos de manera precaria, bachas que no desagotaban, faltaban artículos de playa, entre otros). Alfombras gastadas en dormitorios.

Will definitely be back!

Location was excellent! First time to the keys and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Our room could’ve been closer to the beach but the walk wasn’t too bad as we are middle age!

loved being walking distance to the beach but was disappointed in the shape of the condo. needs repairs and updates

Passable

Unfortunately we were unable to stay here due to conditions of work being performed on site. There was just one pool open and it looked really nice. The rental company was very good at refunding our reservations. Sarasota is having red tide, lots of dead fish.

It was a great experience and I would recommend anyone to stay here. My family would stay again.

Very nice and close to the beach.

Everything was nice, but the lamp on the wall in the second bedroom just fell off the wall.

A little disappointed

Heated pools.

Was horrible. The furniture was worn out. Terrible living room furniture. Size of 2nd bathroom. Grounds outside unit looked like nobody takes care of it. Cleaning crew needs to be fired. Really dirty.

Fun week!

Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Could use a few maintenance upgrades but nothing major. It was nice being a short walk to the beach. The pools were nice and everyone around was friendly. Loved being able to pull lounge chairs from the resort edge onto the beach. Our condo had a cooler and beach toys which was a plus! Tv seemed to have a lot of channels if that’s important to you but we didn’t watch it hardly. We had a great stay and I definitely would stay here again.

The couch cushions were a constant battle keeping them from sliding off the couch. The main bathroom is a tight squeeze into the shower. It was great for the kids to use but not us adults.

Exceptional

We loved absolutely everything! The property manager was the best. Anything we needed at all she was right on it. The condo was so clean and well kept. The beach was a short walk which was awesome! Everything was in walking distance. I honestly do not have one bad thing to say! We will 100% be booking this exact condo for our vacation next year!
