Trasferta a Bruges

La posizione poco fuori dal centro, la tranquillità, il bagno grande e nuovo, l'accoglienza, il rapporto qualità prezzo

Gli scalini molto stretti per salire al piano di sopra, ma si vede che è una caratteristica delle case vecchie del Belgio, perché li abbiamo ritrovati anche altrove.

Ongecompliceerd, en vriendelijk inchecken. Nette kamer. Fris en koffie automaat (betaling) Locatie

Ontbijt viel erg tegen. Mini chocobroodjes en mini croissants krijg in veel hotels. Maar mini broodjes zijn niet te doen. Daarbij wij waren vroeg, en hebben niet gezien dat bijgevuld werd. Dus lijkt op=op. Je zult maar willen uitslapen. Gratis parkeren zou in de buurt zijn. (Bevrijdingslaan) zijn erlangs gereden maar was vol. Parkeergarage (‘t zand) was voor ons beste optie. (16.50 p/d) Direct in het centrum, op 10min lopen vh hotel.

En el hotel?? Con algunos tragos amargos.

Impresentable el tema desayuno, el chico q hace el check in, el check out, es el caliente el pan, limpia las mesas y repone la comida...y segun el horno saca un pocos panes cada 10 minutos...por cula la gente se agolpa por un misero pan, y si no a esperar 10 minutos mas, o si no a comer galletas de paquete...la verdad q una vergüenza..admiro lo educado de los clientes que esperarán hasta 20 minutos para acceder a un pan sin quejarse..paupérrimo, de hecho supongo por eso supongo q ahora tiene 2 estrellas yo lo reserve cuando tenia 3...ahh, las toallas chicas. Ruidoso pq es como una casa, y las habitaciones dan al pasillo del lobby, por lo cual se escucha gente todo el dia...fuera de eso, se puede ir al hotel si esta a buen precio.

Nice room near the centre of Bruges.

It was only a 10 minute walk to the city centre and room was clean, the one member of staff was friendly.

The room was really noisy.

The manager was very helpful and helped us get bikes for our stay. Close to a lot of restaurants and hotels. Easy to get around by bikes.

Walking distance to historical center.

This hotel is a joke. One of the worse hotel I have been for these 5 reasons: 1/ NOBODY there to welcome us when we checked-in after 17h and NO air-conditioner. The pictures in the website DOES NOT reflect the reality for the room 20 that we booked. 2/they did not inform during the booking that our room had NO direct windows. In fact happen there was roof-top small windows with NO curtain. We learned the next day when we complained that there was a stick in the room with open the roof window. And what it it is raining and we want to breath ? Consequently it was suffocating under hot season and we had to use noisy oldish fan all night. Very good serenade for our baby. Seems that they expect guests to wake up with the sun LOL like chicken. This hotel selling room 20 with no accessible window for almost 200€ is cheating people ! When we complained, they replied ¨what do you expect from 2 stars hotel ? We only have 13 rooms and it does not justify full time 24h reception. ¨ 3/ Since there is nobody after 17h, they leave a printed notice and your key are in front desk. The name of the wifi was even not the good one. 4/ receptionist behavior, The young blond lady receptionist was not professional at all and does not understand Hospitality business standard ! The way she answered was disrespectful. 5/breakfast quality for 12€ is a rip-off. We went outside. Basically, this hotel is overpriced for poor customer service.

Great location. The young girl at the front desk at check out was friendly. The beds are comfy.

There was construction or renovations happening in the building right near our room pretty early in the morning. This wasn't mentioned to us before we arrived and was pretty frustrating to wake up to. The showers are extremely slippery you need to be super careful in there. There is no floor mat.

We were right opposite reception desk. Light shone in under, over and threw the door. Badly fitted doors, you could hear every footstep from rooms above ours, far tok noisey to sleep, would not recommend, would not stay again sorry.

Cute hotel in quiet region

The hotel is located around 10-15 min walking of the Markt and the area is really quiet. The rooms was big and comfortable, and enough storage for longer stays. The self checkin was easy and the staff nice and helpful. The breakfast was standard, had all the classic options, everything fresh and warm.

There is no lift available and the stair steps are quite small, might be a bit difficult for those with big luggage.

Perfectly adequate for the price paid.

The bed was very comfortable; the breakfast perfectly adequate for the price paid. The bathroom was clean with the shower powerful. The location was about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Bruges

We were given rooms 4 and 5 which were next to the front door which disturbed us when guests entered. The radiators were dusty and paintwork in the bedroom chipped. This gave a tired look to the room.

The location of the hotel

It was adverted with a Nice bathroom, we even took the more expensive room and we did not get a nice bathroom but a outdated one, with a bath and shower in in 1, even the bathmats had stains in them. The room was not clean, dust in the corners and on the surfaces, overall bad experience with this room.
