Bra läge och fin frukost, mycket tillmötesgående personal då personliga problem uppstod.

Väldigt tillmötesgående personal när våra förutsättningar för resan ändrades på grund av sjukdom och vi behövde ett större rum. Vi är mycket tacksamma för denna snabba hjälp. God frukost

Tog lång tid med incheckning då personal ej lagt till en extra person på rummet trots att detta kommunicerats flera månader i förväg. Mycket dåligt städat i vårt första rum. Glas och koppar var odiskade i båda rummen, kiss på toalettringen, dålig lukt i duschen, stora fläckar på gardiner i det första rummet.

Bra, trivsamt och god mat!

Enkelt att boka och det fanns rum kvar fast jag var sent ute. Nära tågcentralen. Bra restaurang.

Det var svårt att reglera värmen på rummet - det var lite för varmt för mig. Utanför fönstret fanns det fläktar till värmesystemet som lät på natten. Min säng var lite hård och kuddarna var lite för stora... Rummet var lite smalt här och där.

Great breakfast buffet! Comfortable bed and pillows, nice bathroom

Quite small room, cleaning could be improved. I requested clean towels from the reception in the morning and by the evening I have not received them, so I had to go get them myself, which I found annoying.

Perfect location

Great location, very central. Perfect for a visit to Liseberg. Comfortable but not above the ordinary in terms of facilities etc. No fridge or bathtub, but good sized room with comfy beds and clean. Perfect for us, good value for money. 10 minute walk to the Tivoli and same distance to central station.

Bathroom could be a little shaped up for that perfect luxury feeling

Location was perfect for Ullevi, and we appreciated the Bruce Springsteen music played in the bar throughout our stay!! Breakfast was better than I expected and open at times that suited our schedules. Staff in the breakfast room were very nice. Room was very quiet. Staff verified guests entering the lobby late at night, which was a nice security measure.

A bit pricey for beds that don’t have real mattresses.

Great trendy hotel.in the middle of Gothenburg

Great location in the middle of Avenyn. We came with the car and they had a garage in a building behind te hotel. Since hotel rooms.in Europe - espeically in the city - are usually much smaller than hotel rooms in the US, I looked at the hotel description ajd went with a slightly bigger room. It had a king size bed, desk and chair and a open wardrobe. The room was modern and clean. The hotel is modern and has a nice restqurqnt open to Avenyn, a small.lobby and a roof terrace/indoor bar area. I was there with my underage daughter, so couldnt try the roof terrace but it looked fun. Breakfast was great - 2 buffets with everythibg one could imagine for a Europran breakfast, eggs, bacon, rolls, bread, salad, cereal, etc.

On Fridqy night the music from the rooftop coukd be heqrd innthe room a level below. They shut it down at 10pm though, so it was ok.

Noise from the nightclub across the road was very loud at night and disturb a number of members in our group including me.

Good stay great location

Great views from rooftop bar. Very helpful staff and really comfy beds. Rooms clean and modern.

Restaurant and bar quite expensive. Sauna not open all day.

Superb

Helpful staffs and good selection of food choices during breakfast. Gym was 24hrs. Walking distance to bus and tram station.

The room was full of dust. Didn't help with my hayfever. But everything else was great.

Good for sightseeing and meeting friends/family

Perfect location for city centre, events and sightseeing. Easy and cheap to get everywhere on public transport with bus/tram stops close to hotel. We got 3 day pass which included trams and buses, and even ferries to islands. Rooms small but adequate with comfortable beds and modern bathroom. Good buffet breakfast. Lobby restaurant/bar open till late.

Bit warm in room for those used to having windows open. Can open a vent but not the main windows. Suggest that a fan is requested in summer.

room was very small without very good air circulation - the warm weather was not helpful - we did not like the compact shower and bathroom arrangement

Not likely to stay again

Location is fabulous. Easy to find. Close to Götaplatsen.

Bed in a poor state. Completely worn out. Breakfast uninspiring. Asked for mattress be replaced without success. No aircon so only had a small noisy desk fan. Couldn't open window as industrial size fans outside that made an absolute racket. Stayed 3 nights and never managed to get more than 3-4 hours sleep each night. Addressed issues with reception on the first morning and they said to leave it with them and that's probably where it ended. Not likely to stay again unless the sort out these things or dramatically drop the prices.
