Sehr gute Lage und ein wirklich großes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Auch die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation zur Ausgabe des Schlüssels erfolgte virtuell.
Man hatte auf Google schon gesehen, dass das Apartment nicht ganz perfekt ist, vereinzelt sah man getrocknete Nässe an den Wänden. Der Schlüssel hakte immer wieder und in den kleinen Garten kam man mit dem zweiten Schlüssel gar nicht.

Excesivo ruido aunque es lógico dado el sitio y el mal olor del baño de fuera. La ducha fija tampoco ayuda en el caso de las chicas a la hora de ducharse sin mojarse el pelo.

Stinky sewer smell throughout the property. Broken floor tile in the living room I tripped on it and hurt my knee. The stair doesn't have anti slip strips. No dishwashing soap, I asked for more toiletries, no response. The keys are hard to turn. The air-conditioning in the living room doesn't work. The air-conditioning in the bedroom is not cool enough. No light in the kitchen. No wardrobe just a small space to hang clothes, 1 bed not 3 as advertised.

Para una persona con discapacidad el estar en la planta baja es muy importante, solo salvar 3 escalones del portal, en mi caso los puedo subir perfectamente sin usar un elevador para sillas que tiene la entrada. También destacar el patio que tenía nuestra habitación “Maestranza” te da la vida”
En realidad no hay nada que no me gustara, si he hechado de menos un colgador /perchero para prendas más largas y un espejo grande, que he visto que en otras habitaciones si hay

Es un apartamento super acogedor y con encanto, la ubicación es EXCELENTE, en medio de todo, en el centro, se puede llegar a pie a todos los lugares más emblemáticos y hay mucho ambiente. Los dueños han sido muy amables y muy rápidos en contestar cualquier duda. Lo recomiendo 100%!!!

Dirty A/C, and not cool at all for the house. We stayed for 3 nights, not enough toilet tissues, shower and shampoo and no more had wash, we needed to get them all by our own. Very bad experience!

Host did a great job trying to get us in early and getting setup etc.
at no fault of the host... some construction was going on near the unit and the power to the building was completely out when I went to return on our first day to get on a conference call. I rescheduled the calls... and when i went back several hours later... the power was on, but the internet was not. very challenging...
I had several calls to get on, but ended up going to the starbucks down the street to use their wifi to get on my calls. It was inconvenient and frustrating. The host offered to come reset some things... but it never happened and I was left my entire trip without any internet. I messaged back and forth several times, but nothing was ever fixed for the 3 days we were there.

The down side of being centrally located is that you're going to hear all of the fun & activity going on outside, so if you're ok with that, great! Enjoy Spain's vibrant night life.

Our stay was perfect. Seville the Andalusian is still rich in its multicultural heritage.
Our accommodation enjoys a remarkable central location, in addition to a terrace that could be nice if it was better maintained and isolated from car noise. A spacious and properly equipped bathroom including for people with reduced mobility.
However, the whole requires a refreshment and the imminent intervention of a decorator and even an engineer able to qualify the risk of certain beam cracks. This place can then become top.
Finally, this critical eye still recommends this accommodation for its location and the kindness of the manager

Beautiful apartment in classic house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, joined by a living room annex kitchen. The apartment is ideally located around 200 meters from the Cathedral and Giralda tower and many other cultural attractions in Sevilla.

It has a great location very close to many places of interest.
It was quite a disappointing experience. The place was pretty dirty when we arrived; floors and bathrooms were not clean, sheets looked they were not changed or washed, the air conditioning was not working, wi-fi was terrible, no soap to use in the bathrooms and the place desperately needs to be renewed. The manager had a pretty strong and unfriendly attitude telling that not everybody sees the minor details and adamant that we knew what the price was and in short implied that we had to accept all the shortcomings. He kept insisting that the place has a 8.6 rating. If so, be assured that it was not even close! The second day of our stay we ran into the owner who was a sensible and kind individual who listened our complaints and the place was cleaned and sheets were replaced. There are multiple apartments there, unit 1 is pretty dismal without any outdoor area as the website suggest, so stay away!

The location was absolutely great! Close to everywhere! The terrace was very nice.
There were many things that surprised me:
- we received 3 keys (front door, patio, apartment), they all looked the same so every time we need to check all of them to find the proper one! I
- it was difficult to open the front door which we did not know about and we had to call the owner to be guided how to open them (what if we arrived in the middle of the night?), people living close to us could not get in either and were ringing other apartments during the night to get in waking up others.
- the door to WC was not working, it was not always possible to close it, so while being in the WC, you had to control the door (not nice if you are with friends)
- the tap in the toilet was broken (it was not leaking, but was moving, it was not properly set)
- there was a coffee machine in the kitchen, but nobody left capsules for us (were we supposed to buy capsules ourselves?), there was no other cafetiere, so it was not possible to make a coffee in the apartment,
- there was no chopping board in the kitchen (we looked for it everywhere!)
- there were no shower gel
- in the terrace, there were cigarette leftovers in the flower pots.....

The location was close to city center and we had a small balcony courtyard to hang out at. There were lots of windows with tons of light and decent view of the alley.it also had a small kitchenette.
The entire building smelled, and the bathroom had a terrible smell like backing up sewage that permeated the room. Felt like sleeping in an outhouse. The stairs inside were dreadful very slippery and hard and dangerous, painted steel. The floors were hard tile some were loose and the floors were filthy. I took a wet rag to wipe the floor and it came up brown. The bathroom faucet was not connected to the sink basin so it was loose, the bathroom door had no latch, it was a pocket door and constantly slid open and we had to wedge paper underneath to keep it closed. The second bed sofa bed was not comfortable and we were not given a second set of blankets and towels, the staff told us to go downstairs to a closet and grab some towels but I found no blanket and the heater produced only lukewarm air so we were freezing all night. We checked out and found another room the second day we were there. Had to eat the 1000 cost because it was basically unlivable for a family of 4.

Great location, good air conditioning, nicely decorated, Although the drains were bad, the apartment was clean. The terrace is a lovely amenity but it could be so much nicer with more comfortable furniture. The staff were very friendly and responded quickly when I asked for WiFi password. WiFi was good. All things considered, I enjoyed my stay.
The apartment lacks facilities for a week's stay.. No Washing machine and no spare towels, There is an iron but no ironing board. No Kitchen towel or T towel. The pillows are far too hard. There was a strong odour from the drains throughout our stay
