Standard, no surprises, hotel, but additional bus fee

clean, standard, basic, no surprises, 24/6 reception.

You have to pay additional costs for the bus, which is a bit strange since this is an airportt hotel and they should provide free shuttle. Also, the bus does not go so often.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel

Shuttle bus to the airport stops just in front of the hotel. Also, good Indian restaurant at walking distance.

When we arrived the room that was assigned to us was empty and ready but clearly not prepared to receive new guests; no towels, fridge turned off, etc. We had to ask to (and carry from) the reception clean towels. Information about restaurant and breakfast time is unclear and hidden: you have to find a QR code on a leaflet or turn on the TV on a specific channel. Restaurant had actually only buffet dinner with set price but limited offer, different from the menu/information that we found online/at links provided. Similarly, actual breakfast starts at 6:30. You can ask for a different early bird one from 5am. We found this time too late as our flight was at 7am and the shuttle at 5:08am. Shuttle bus is not run by the hotel so you have to pay for it. Meaning the hotel will cost you the price plus 160NOK pp for the shuttle unless you walk 1 hour to/rom the airport (each way). Could not find a way to set the temperature of the room. No kettle or coffee or water provided in the room unless you use the pricy minibar. Coffee/hot water machines are in the hall so I assume they could be used by the guests, so I tried to get a cup but they were not working. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Can recommend the nearby Indian restaurant for dinner.

Hotel ideal si coges un vuelo pronto y no quieres madrugar, autobús cada 1/2h y te lleva al aeropuer

Hotel tranquilo, estancias comunes bonitas y espaciosas, tuvimos a nuestra disposición maquina de café y té todo el tiempo. Como entraba el desayuno y salíamos a las 5 de la mañana nos pusieron un picnic muy completo en una bolsa.

The person at reception was helpful and nice

The first room I was given had a snus packet stuck on the wall. The second, the toilet would not flush just continuously ran, and there was no A/C so it was very warm in the room.

Breakfast was the best.we might stay on a inbound Flt , to rest up and get a fresh start .Loved the Indian restaurant close by.

If there was air condition we would be able to keep court yard noise out.

I was charged for the hotel by booking.com around 7 December. When I checked out of the hotel on 27 January they needed my card to pay for the stay. My statement shows two charges for the same stay. Why would the hotel need my credit card again if it was paid for by Booking.com? What’s the point of using this site?

Had a 10 hour layover and this was the perfect place to stay for the night.

Perfect hotel for a night. The desk manager went above and beyond as the Booking . Com hand shown up in their system when we arrived and he did the legwork to fix it! Very nice facility, clean new and quiet. Grat bed as well.
