Molto bene ...

L'hotel è molto accogliente e particolare nella sua architettura ed il personale molto cortese e disponibile. Posizione top! La colazione è prevalentemente scandinava, quindi molto salato e pochissimo dolce. Il buffet è variegato, abbondante e ben organizzato. La stanza era molto curata e ordinata.

På utgangspunkt, min favoritt hotel i Stavanger.

Jeg foretrekker alltid dette hotellet i Stavanger hvis prisen er under 2000 kr på grunn av bassenget og renslighet av rommene.

Frokost var den største skuffelse. Eggerøre var iskald og i utgangspunktet uspiselig, melken var tom, ingen røkt laks. Ellers var resten bra.

For me it was perfect, it had everything that I needed and more

The sauna was great, the pool too, the breakfast was great, typical buffet, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Just being ultra picky, the hallways were a bit dirty on the floor...

Es waren super - tolle - schöne - gute - entspannte Tage

Das Frühstück übertraf alle Erwartungen. Meine Tochter hat Lactose und Gluten Unverträglichkeit und es gab für sie wirklich einiges an Angebot. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und aussergewöhnlich freundlich. Haben uns die Räder ausgeliehen und waren sehr bemüht, daß die Reifen genug Luft hatten. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter.

Wir haben Bademäntel vermisst, da wir nicht mit dem Bikini im Aufzug stehen wollten, bekamen wir zusätzlich Handtücher.

doručak osrednji, krevet premali u mojoj rezervaciji je pisalo "Standardna soba s king size krevetom

Standardna soba s king size krevetom Ovako je pisalo na rezervaciji a u stvarnosti krevet nije bio ni 150 cm Mislim da je to daleko od standarda koje propisuje booking com

decent hotel for a tourist stay if you don‘t mind crowded spaces

big facility offering good options for glutenfree breakfast, don‘t hesitate to ask for non-cross-contamined topings for your bread as this is an issue as some people touch normal bread with the cheese fork etc.

very crowded hotel, you risk to burn children woth your hot coffee/tea when trying to make your way from the breakfast buffet to your table, very dangerous. It should be explained what to do woth the car if the pakeing underneath the hotel is full so you don‘t need to block either the full parking or the road hile waiting your turn in the (at this moment longer) queue at reception. This stressful experience could be easily aboided if that information was give ahead.

Not child friendly

We were notified after making our reservation that kids are only allowed in the pool between 7 and 12 in the morning. The moment we went to the pool, we were made aware that we apparently also had the book a slot specifically in those hours. After which we finally went to the pool and then got dressed to start the day. Resulting in rooms that were not cleaned… Apart from that there is no cappuccino or latte available at breakfast. With all matters staff simply kept referring to their policy, not caring about this at all. Needless to say that I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.

Highly recommended in Stavanger

Impeccable facilities, great location, very well appointed room and outstanding breakfast buffet.

Small parking garage, though overnight street parking in the area is free between 6pm and 8am.

Modern hotel with good amenities

Very comfy beds and clean room. Staff were super nice and friendly. The hotel is in the city centre. The SPA is open until 23:00.

The hairdryer was like a kids toy and you can't blow dry long hair with it. In the spa, the pool is quite shallow (1m.)

Great Breakfast set up.

Rm 532 fold out couch / bed was very uncomfortable for the boys. They complained about the springs being felt through more then they should. I laid on it and would agree. It should be replaced.

At the price the hotel charges it should have a proper gym. One bench means if somebody else is using it, you cannot. Also a cable weights machine. As I said if you charge the rates you do, have a proper gym

Centrally-located, comfortable hotel with great facilities for a short break.

Great location, wonderful breakfast buffet, friendly staff and nice pool.

Towels should be freely available in the pool area rather than for a fee at reception desk.

Great location, not the most stylish hotel but would stay again.

The hotel is in a great location just a few minutes from the city centre and the airport bus stops right outside. There is lots of public space for meetings/working. Room was comfortable and fairly spacious.

The staff are friendly but not particularly attentive. The food and drink options aren't great when the restaurant is closed, although there are good cafes nearby.
