Good stay, great pool.

Lovely pool, a good evening buffet available and friendly staff.

We booked a club room that advertised a club lounge- this was closed, so breakfast etc had to be taken in the downstairs buffet, which was very hectic.

For years my preferred choice. Now a 2 star hotel. This was probably my last time there.

Clean room.IT worked. Everything else far below usual standard, I can say from years using this facility for years.

Extremely complicated and timeconsuming to book at their website. When I finally managed they would not accept the same credit card that Booking.com accepted 2 minutes later. Because of that they would not give me the rate or point from my IHG membership. Long, long line for check in (and check out). Could not get the room that I booked. No bottled water in the room. Only a machine which was supposed to convert tap water to water between 27 to 90 degrees in a dark corner. Impossible to read and follow the complicated procedure. Everybody knows that water treated this way might be a liability. (Bought water at the supermarket downstairs). The phone-system converted to a unusable mess of newwawe IT, too complicated and unnessacary. Forget it if you want to book food. Was that done for the guests or for some IT-company? Definately not for the guests. And as always: Close to impossible to get a cab unless you wait and wait and wait. Whole hotel completely understaffed. Zero facilities in the room except a toothbrush. Used to be 4 star+, today an overpriced 2 star hotel.

It’s near the Orchard Road and near the station (Orchard station)

Even though I already did the pre-registration, when I arrived, there was only 1 staff at the reception and I have to wait for a while. To be fair, a staff already came to me and helped me to do the check in via the machine but it didn’t work. One more thing, we have to carry our luggages by ourselves when checking in and checking out. I feel lost when first came to the hotel. I think the hotel needs to improve the customer service so the customers can experience better.

Clean nice hotel, good 4 star in my opinion..

Everything was perfect, got room upgrade on arrival. The girl who checkedin was very helpful and polite

i did not get a print of the final bill and they said its because i booked through an agent.. this is the first time they refused to gv a bill.

I felt so comfortable, safe, & rested. The best plus was the good food. Kudos to the chef.

So comfortable & the food was very good. Usually, food from a buffet spread is so so. I was surprised by the quality.

Had a very noisy & pushy tour group from Mainland China.

I appreciated my stay.

Had dinner at the Chinese, Maitre d' functioned as our waiter, very knowledgeable and gave suggestions. Front desk people good communicators and answered various queries promptly and politely.

Room rate a little pricey.

Value for money.

Spacious room. Quiet. Wanted to pay for early check in and late check out and the hotel facilitated this. Gave us complimentary breakfast too on early check in. The first room we got had a bad smell. However, on informing they promptly changed the room.

The toilet should be upgraded. Did not like the Tipi hut inside the room wasting space too as there were no children. Sofa bed was not very comfortable for an adult- good for children only.
