Décevant !!! Je ne suis pas certaine de revenir lors de mon prochain passage en février.

Le confort du salon pour rester en famille autour d'un café reste un endroit agréable où j'affectionne à être lorsque je viens. Les repas restent de bonnes qualités. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner, déjeuner et diner.

Nous avons eu froid dans les chambres. Le personnel à l'accueil peu plaisant. La propreté en bas, franchement pas top. Les toilettes sales, une tasse à café qui a trainé toute la journée devant l'accueil avec le seau et la serpillère. Honnêtement je viens depuis des années, j'ai été hyper déçue par mon séjour, bien que court.

Train ride to Paris

No tea and coffee in the room, breakfast was average and the receptionist tried to say we hadn’t paid for breakfast when we checked out! Not a nice way to leave a place.

Séjour très reposant

Le calme environnant - la terrasse sous les arbres - la proximité du château et de la rue commerçante - la chambre est spacieuse avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement - la décoration sur le thème du cheval - l'hôtel et les chambres sont propres - le petit déjeuner est copieux et très varié - possibilité de déjeuner ou dîner sur place au restaurant Balzane (salle principale, véranda ou terrasse) - le personnel est accueillant et très à l'écoute

Le bar, et les collations dans la chambre.

Toilettes cassées, odeurs d’égouts insoutenables dans la salle bain ( on nous a changé rapidement de chambre).

Geen ibis meer voor mij.

Prima lokatie

Service. Elke dag meerdere keren mijn sleutel kaart moeten resetten. Nee, lag niet aan het feit dat ik ze tegelijk moest resetten of dat het magnetisme van mijn telefoon de sleutels onklaar maakte. Bovendien, een lekkage in mijn kamer werd door mij pas opgemerkt toen ik 's avonds om middernacht terug op mijn kamer kwam en bij het haden wassen merkte dat het water niet uit de kraan kwam. De nacht receptionist acteerde heel verbaast en na ff gewacht te hebben werd er een nieuwe kamer voorgesteld. Of je dan even midden in de nacht van kamer wil wisselen, terwijl al je bagage van 3 dagen uitgepakt is in de kamer?! De volgende ochtend bij het uitchecken, begreep ik dat het overdag al was geconstateerd en dat men niet de moeite heeft genomen moj op enige wijze te informeren over de situatie. Geen enkel excuus hierover ontvangen.

Toplocatie voor een paar dagen Parijs in een vriendelijk voorstadje.

Ligging, rustig, schoon, goede bedden, parkeren, ligging tov Parijs met OV (in een kwartier met de RER bij de Arc de Triomphe. Restaurant heeft een simpee kaart, maar niet duur en prime kwaliteit. hamdige USB-stopontacten. Grote meerlaagsr supermarkt vlakbij tussen hotel en station.

Familiekamer heeft een schuin dak. daardoor met 4 personen wat krap. Niet hinderlijk verder.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, it is very clean, the room was small, but very comfortable. Excellent restaurant with a very good breakfast, a la carte menu, a good choice of wines and meals for the day. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located outside the city of Paris, so you need to plan very well the transportation costs if you are going to use the public transport to Paris for a longer period of time. But definitely this is not a disadvantage for the hotel itself.
