Hotel con encanto

Hotel bonito y bien cuidado pero sobre todo lo que más nos gustó fue la zona de la piscina por el buen ambiente de la noche, una chica cantando en directo mientras te tomas algo y el personal de esa zona super simpático nos hicieron pasar un rato súper agradable.

El desayuno te lo sirven en la mesa y no hay opción de poder elegir ya que parece ser buffet pero no lo es, lo ideal cuando se elije desayuno en un hotel es poder disfrutar de la comodidad del buffet, nos quedamos con esas ganas.

La cena en la terraza de verano, junto a la piscina

Los dos interruptores de las luces del cuarto de baño, son dificiles de encontrar, puesto que son muy pequeños y están junto al enchufe y el secador, y todo está muy junto.

Pas beaucoup de place parking Réservé chambre pour 4 mais que 2 lits... un grand lit double et un lit simple... à la réception on me dis que ce sont des chambres triples mais que booking les font passer pour 4 ! Meuble et déco des chambres anciennes Taille de chambre petite Piscine pas du tout adapté à de jeunes enfants

HOTEL MUY COMODO Y ELEGANTE

Comentar que la cama es excepcional, grande y supercomoda, genial para descansar. El desayuno de muy buena calidad y servido por los camareros, muchísimo mejor que un bufet.

Coincidimos con la llegada de de 3 autobuses de mayores lo que no nos permitió acceder a la habitación a las 12 horas sino a las 15 horas, tiempo perdido y desesperante esperado a que nos diesen la habitación. También había un banquete de comunión con el consiguiente escándalo en el jardín del hotel al que dan las ventanas.

Tv espectacular, cómodo y con garaje amplio

Lo que te llama la atención nada más entrar es el tamaño de la tv, brutal, ojalá todos los hoteles fueran así. El tamaño de la habitación muy bien, al igual que el baño. El hotel en sí es muy bonito. Dispone de un buen parking.

Esta vez me toco una habitación sin las vistas que tiene al campo, La moqueta del suelo, estando limpia, se veían unas mancha que deben ser imposibles de quitar. La distancia del parking hasta la recepción, no hay ascensor directo, tienes que subir caminar por una pasarela interior, con vistas a los jardines hasta la recepción. que si vas cargado en moto, mejor descargar antes de meter la moto en el garaje .

Ubicación y desayuno correctos

Mala relación calidad-precio. La habitación que nos facilitaron muy anticuada, sobre todo el baño y la moqueta en el pasillo sucia, faltaba limpieza. No corresponde a un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

Genial

Aunque la estética pueda parecer de hace tiempo el hotel está cuidadísimo y las calidades son muy buenas. Fuimos 3 amigos en ruta de moto y la ubicación es perfecta al estar a la entrada de la ciudad. El personal fue amabilísimo, con especial mención al encargado al que le pedimos los cafés por la mañana.

Amazing hotel at a beautiful city

I liked everything. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We chose half board and it was a very good decision because it was a real value for money. We had a wonderful dinner and absolutely amazing breakfast. I want to come back to Úbeda and stay at RL again.

noisy, not central, no early check in. Weak wifi. not friendly service

This hotel is 800 m walk from the Ubeda bus station - completely the opposite direction away from town. So to get into town each day, the walk will take you 20 mins. As soon as I walked in before my check-in time, the lady at the front desk immediately told me she couldn't help me. All I wanted was to ask her to store my luggage at that point. WiFi is a joke here. I had to do all my travel planning down in the lobby. I saw this poor guy with his work laptop in the lobby trying to work. It was cold and rainy out, and kids were playing balls inside the lobby while he was trying to work. Signal is VERY weak in the room. If you need WIFI, this is NOT the hotel for you. and definitely not a place you want to stay if you have work to do. The hotel need a MAJOR upgrade on technology and remodeling. A room with no coffee machine, no reading lamp, limited electric outlet. There is a nice chair by the window for reading - but what is the use if there was no light there at night? Bathroom is dirty with brown grout throughout. Water does not drain in both the shower and the sink. Nothing makes much sense here. It is like they got all the random items and just put them in the room. Wine glasses were placed in the bathroom for brushing? I would recommend staying closer to town, somewhere with better wifi

The hotel was very nicely decorated. the bedroom exceptionally comfortable. and the food, both dinner and breakfast, was excellent egg by! 5 star service for 3 star price!!!

Great hotel to stay while visiting a fantastic city

Big and clean room with comfortable bed. Hotel location is at walking distance to the city center but far enough to skip traffic jams. Excellent breakfast and service. Personnel is very friendly and professional.

Great hotel, great facilities. The staff are obviously very unhappy which comes from the top.

Fabulous hotel with all the facilities and clean and comfortable. Private parking if required.

The staff were unbelievably miserable. The manager walked the hotel looking miserable and at on point walked up and down the bar area in front of us with his phone on speaker shouting angrily at someone. A terrible attitude, I can only wonder why his staff are so miserable, not.
