Excellent value for a very comfortable stay.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and always find it excellent value for money. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and make every guest feel special. The breakfast has a great choice and is served from 6.00am. Lovely coffee shop and comfortable bar/lounge area.

The outdoor pool area would benefit from more seating or loungers.

ไม่มีเบลบอยช่วยยกกระเป๋า เห็นมีคนเดียวซึ่งช่วยลูกค้าต่างชาติอยู่ ไม่สมกับระดับโรงแรม4 ดาว ซึ่งปกติรร.อื่นระดับนี้จะมีมากกว่า3 คนมาคอยยืนต้อนรับที่หน้ารร. เอารถเข็นมาและช่วยขนของลงจากรถและเข็นไปส่งที่ห้อง ตอนเช็คเอาท์เราเลยเอาลงมาเองเพราะถ้าโทรคงรอนาน และพอไปเอารถมาจอดเพื่อเอากระเป๋าขึ้นรถก็ไม่มีคนมาช่วยเลย ไม่มีเบลบอยสแตนบายคอยช่วยเหลือลูกค้า บัตร key card ให้มา2 ใบ ใช้ได้ใบเดียว พนักงานฟร้อนตอนเช็คอินก็ไม่แนะนำลิฟอยู่ตรงไหน ไม่มีการเรียกเบลบอยมาขน คือไม่แนะนำอะไรเลย เช่นสระน้ำอยู่ตรงไหน มีแต่บอกหมายเลขห้องคือจบ การบริการโดยรวมไม่สมกับราคาค่ะ

Staff, extremely courteous and very honourable, something that you would expect from the Thai people

Very central monorail outside the door of that hotel staff, extremely attentive, very helpful very friendly your restaurant for breakfast very much value for money staff, extremely attentive and courteous would come back 100%

No air conditioning, when leaving the rooms in the hallway or towards the lift that’s the only setback for a four star hotel

Amazing beds Buffet breakfast had a good selection of food to cater for all. Lovely little cafe on the ground floor. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick trip to the airport for an early morning flight

reasonably close to the airport and once in the confines of the hotel totally unaware of the hustle and bustle outside as well sound proofed

massive power cut that disallowed lifts to work and WiFi went off with it as no back up inverters

Disappointing

This time Booking.com offered the contract without breakfast and shuttle bus service which brought me inconvenience and shock pretty much. The price is not my first priority concern but the service indeed is. Under the cheap price hotel then cost down in several aspects such as on purpose didn't give me the slippers nor face lotion, even the room service menu was omitted, it's very interesting! I'll never order booking.com anymore.

Better must be noted in the booking channel about the difference of each room type

all staff so friendly and good service, I have visited the spa that was so good

I have booked Executive King Room coz need more comfortable facilities but so disappointed coz the restroom doesn’t have Toilet flushing hose so I informed the staff so I must downgrade the room from Executive King Room to Superior Room

Good value for money

The room was clean and comfortable, hotel staff was polite and helpful, breakfast menu was outstandingly good.

The location is really not it's best suit, closest convenience store and restaurant are about 2 km away (and there is no sidewalk). There are also no public transportation stations in the vicinity. The only way to get anywhere in the city is by taxi.

Breakfast buffets were good.

staff wasn’t very helpful when we had problem with the air conditioning—wasn’t able to fix the fan but unwilling to change our room. Also, the bath towels were kind of old.
