السعر طبعا ، كنا عايلة من خمسة أفراد انا وزوجتي وثلاث أطفال ، الأطفال غرفتهم في مبنى جنبنا بس ماكان بعيد مقابل له . يعني إذا جيت تحجز تاكد ان الغرفتين كلها سويت علشان تكونون مع بعض

Excellent spacious fully equipped one bed room apartment at an ideal location

Very clean and all the facilities available in the spacious one bed room. Excellent friendly staff especially receptionist guy and lady( forgot the names) and the supervisor of the building Ms Aoy( very friendly , helpful and jovial ) Also restaurant staff Ms Jay was very nice and friendly. So conveniently located , walkable distance to all the major roads and Jungceylon Mall, Bangla Road and beach.

Fantastic.

Lovely accomodation / room, super comfortable. Absolutely lovely staff, particularly the staff from the restaurant, c’est la vie. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Our favourite part though was our room. We thought it was beautiful and very comfortable. Housekeeping daily which is nice. Allowed earlier check-in which was wonderful. Liked the quiet location too.

The only thing I would say is our shower temperature was not very constant. The shower itself was really good

Great aparthotel, good location - will be back!

Good location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach and one street behind restaurants and 7/11, so far away enough from the street noise. Accommodation looked as described, it was handy having a kitchenette to have food in your apartment. Two separate air conditioning unit for bedroom and main living area. Rail outside on balcony to dry clothes, plus chair and tables. I was remote working and got internet speeds of 100+ mbps. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure too. Pool area got sun until approx. 4PM before it was blocked behind another taller building. Would recommend staying here!

The main pool was a little small but that would be me nitpicking - the ocean is literally 5 minutes away.

Un hotel que roza la perfeccion.

Creo que todo fue excelente. La habitacion que nos toco era un apartamento super bonito. Muy nuevo y limpio. Con mucha iluminacion y super comodo. El staff del hotel super amables, muy especialmente los del restaurante. El desayuno de los mejores que he visto en un hotel y he estado en muchos incluidos resorts de cinco estrellas. Realmente de los mejores hotels que he visto para el precio que tiene.

Nice apartment in Patong, didn’t want to leave

The room was well set out, air conditioning was in the living room and in the bedroom and was so good we had to switch it off for long periods. The staff here were very helpful and you felt like nothing was too much trouble.

It’s a very nice hotel. As soon as you arrive there’s a very warm welcome. They treat you really well. Courteous and friendly, without being all over you. Reception is very efficient. The hotel is in 3 parts. We had a suite with room / kitchenette, bedroom, en-suite, balcony (not much of a view!) it was very nice indeed: clean, modern, everything worked. Power shower. Toiletries. Fresh water. Snacks. Cleaned every day. And - important for Patong - quiet at night. The main block has a international style restaurant which is nice. It’s neat and clean and feels glamorous. There’s a swimming pool on the roof, which though small, is clean and tidy with towels and good quality sunbeds. The whole hotel oozes quality. They can arrange trips / taxis etc. No trouble at all.

Breakfast could have been better. I know it’s Thailand, but the bacon / mushrooms etc were a bit sad. The freshly made omelette was great though! Otherwise, nothing.

A restroom near the rooftop pool (on the same floor) would be useful, this is the only thing I can think of.

Staff and location to some extent

The given room was different than the room booked based on booking.com site photos and the hotel says that its booking.com fault. Maintenance noise from 8am to 10pm Water pressure and hot water are not consistent and shower head nozzles are blocked. There is no stand or table provided to keep the suitcase in the room. As per the hotel instructions, room cleaning should be requested by their application and on specific time, but unfortunately they room service did not show up and another request made thru reception.....!!! As the unit is one bed room appartment with full kitchen facility a dining table should be provided...!!!

Location is nice, room was ok.

Very disappointed with the reception staff, I had stayed here almost 8 years back and the owner Mr. Alex (as far as I recall his name) was extremely kind and helpful, since then I had many times suggested this property to friends and family. I wish i had run into him during my current stay, the lady at reception was extremely rude :( I had booked the bigger size room, when the room was issued to me I noticed the tiles near the kitchen and lounge were coming off they would make squeaking sound when you would walk on it, the second night my airconditioner stared to making a weird noise due to which I wasn't able to sleep, i complained about it at the reception To Mr. VIT very helpful guy he brought in the technician who fixed it @ around 3:00 am in the morning. But anyhow very disappointed with the reception lady staff. Hope Alex takes note of this.

One of the best apartments that we have stayed in, the food is delicious

The apartment was just perfect and the food is absolutely outstanding and a really friendly staff Definitely visit again

The only point that I would like to make is we had originally booked for three days and wanted to stay an extra two because we have so much fun, but when we went to try and book the next two nights the cost per night was extremely high. We were returning customers from the previous year .We were not offered, any discount to stay extra nights and was told that the rate would be a walk in rate, even though we were still customers at the time . A little bit disappointing, with the cost for extra nights so high, we didn’t stay the extra nights.
