Could be so much better...

The location was good for accessing the old town. The room was very big and well equipped The spa was lovely and with 50% discount was very good value.

We had to wait nearly 3 hours for our room to be made ready, even though we told them in advance of time of arrival. The room was very noisy (room 217) and not very clean. The restaurant was closed for the full duration of our stay. There was nowhere to sit comfortably in the outside area and the garden was very overgrown.

The room is big and clean. 7-11 is just opposite this hotel, and nearby have a shopping mall and few restaurants. Whole area is quite, you would choose this hotel if you prefer quite place for relaxing.

I didn't expect old town is so quiet, not much activity, i prefer stay on Beach area, which more activities available.

Great Stay and most important the location is superb

bed was comfy but the pillow was too high which hurt my neck after the sleep. Superb location! close to Old Phuket Town and there's 7 Eleven opposite the hotel. Understand there's airport bus to reach the hotel, but we didn't take.

Phuket old town with best of comfort and budget.

The room is spacious, located in the mid of Phuket old town, can access to nearby shop lots by just walking distance, not to mentioned 5 minutes walk to Michelin star restaurant too!

Ironing board is not provided, other than that nothing much but compliments.

We highly recommend this super affordable place if you’re visiting Old Phuket town!

Our search for lodging in Old Phuket Town included the need to have a kitchenette so we didn’t have to dine out for every meal. We knew there would be some days that we would just stay in to catch up on work too so we wanted more than just a bed and a bathroom, something a little more spacious. The Executive Deluxe room at Sino House worked out great for us! There were two comfy chairs over next to the window, a big bed that was tucked away in an alcove, and even a desk. Although there wasn’t a full kitchen, there was a microwave, mini fridge, cups and plates in the room. The fridge was even restocked with water and soda each day. As an added bonus, a hot breakfast could be ordered each evening and it was delivered to your room when you woke up. The staff were very friendly and even arranged for an early check in for us. They also offer luggage storage, which was very convenient. We highly recommend this super affordable place if you’re visiting Old Phuket town!

Really nice stay in Old Phuket

The room was very comfortable and spacious and staff. The Location is also great - a few minutes to old town, restaurants and facilities.

It would be nice to have a locker room at reception when you need to leave your luggage (if you arrive early/leave late) - nothing happened to my luggage but it might feel safer if they were out of sight

Superb

The number is really big with a big windows. It is a nice view from the window on a big tree. You can prepare your food in a microwave. It is located in an old city. A lot of cafes are around. There is a really convenient workplase for a notebook. Wi Fi is well enough. The 7-11 shop and laundry is located on the other side of a road.

Everything! The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was large and very clean. The location is perfect - right in front of the hotel there are 7 eleven, laundry service and shuttle to the airport. It is very close to the weekend night markets.

Ok place if you have to stay for a short period in phuket

The location is close to old town and the room is big and comfortable.

We had some issue in the morning, we had booked a taxi with the hotel to go to the main pier in order to take a boat, however the taxi never came. We almost missed our boat and the staff was not helpful at all.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and will stay there again next time I go to Phuket.

Style and layout of the room, location of the hotel. also, their spa is excellent and those who stay at the hotel get half price at the spa.

since Covid, they stopped their wonderful breakfast buffet that took place in a adorable “glass house“. Now, you have to order the night before, and have it delivered to your room. Less selection, not as much fun.
