Bel Endroit avec des petits détails à améliorer

Emplacement central, batiment agreable et chambre spacieuse

La salle de bains est grande mais mal équipée : pas d'espace pour poser ses affaires de toilettes, pas de mitigeur pour la douche, pommeau pas réglable en hauteur Et le petit mot dans la chambre pour soi disant prendre en compte les Femmes mais c'est tout l'inverse car cela stigmatise, corpulence inférieure à l'homme et doit boire des cocktails sans alcool ou du thé...

Un séjour inoubliable dans la médiocrité.

L’emplacement, le cadre dans un bâtiment historique, la décoration par C LACROIX.

Le service de restauration totalement inadapté pour un établissement 5 étoiles. Personnel de salle totalement débordé et inefficace. Inacceptable! Le repas par contre était à la hauteur. Chauffage dans la chambre bloqué à la hausse…nous avons ouvert les 2 fenêtres largement toute la nuit pour avoir une température supportable malgré notre observation à la reception la veille.

schickes Hotel in historischen Gebäuden mit außergewöhnlich Design im Innern sehr gute Lage zur Altstadt sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal am Check-in sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet

limitierter und nicht verfügbarer Zugang zum Spa-Bereich nur Außenpool überforderter und insuffizienter Service während des Sylvester-Menues

Service sans faute, bel hôtel mais les chambres devraient être modernisées

- Service très professionnel et accueillant de la part du personnel. - Nous avons obtenu un surclassement. - Flexibilité de la part de l'hôtel à la dernière minute car nous sommes tombés malade et avons du retarder le départ + annuler notre spa. - Hôtel très coloré, ça change des hôtels "classiques", beau bâtiment - À proximité directe du centre-ville - Lit confortable et grand

- L'équipement de la chambre commence à bien vieillir, et ça ne donnait pas l'impression d'être dans un 5*, mais plus un 4*. - Il n'était pas très bien indiqué dans le processus de réservation qu'il faut réserver à l'avance son accès au spa (=> accès au jacuzzi, hammam, sauna) - On a eu une intoxication alimentaire qui nous a bien pourri le séjour, qui vient soit d'un restaurant qu'on nous a recommandé à notre arrivée (Gueule du Loup), soit du bar de l'hôtel où on a bu des verres... On n'a donc pas eu l'occasion de visiter Arles le lendemain et on ne compte malheureusement plus revenir à cause de cet expérience.

The service at the restaurant. It was unorganized and it was not worth it. I asked especifícalos for a single bed, not a sofa bed. We ended having an uncomfortable space bed

Central & easy to get too. Comfy bed

Dark room, square toilet - very uncomfortable. Mould in shower. Bed smelt of urine. No hot water in the morning - had to have cold shower.

Great location; interesting building. Super restaurant and quite a nice pool

Room small. But was a basic room and fine for our needs. Water not hot enough and bathroom fan didn’t work. Garden and pool closed at 8 pm. Was hoping to take a coffee out and read. First and second day there was no service by the pool. Third day there was. Much better!

Lovely old style hotel

Great location, especially for Saturday markets as these are directly outside. Staff are very helpful. The water, juices and nightly chocolates put in room are an appreciated touch to our stay.

The bathroom. A black square toilet is the most uncomfortable and unfunctional toilet I have sat on. The black bath is not much better. The vanity basin is not practical for washing hands or having tape on low flow as water doesn't stay within the sink. Plus, there is nowhere to put the soap. The hot water flow is very low.

Couple for New Year's eve

Adorable, helpful and most welcoming staff!

The hotel was obviously understaffed during the Xmas holidays and it showed on various occasions: breakfast buffet, new year's eve dinner at the restaurant, spa... That being said, the personel did everything they could to make sure guests have the best possible time. In the room (2nd floor suite), despite the avant-garde decor, we missed basic amenities like the ability to dim the lights (or at least have some sort of ambient lighting): it was either very bright or too dark. Also, absent was any sort of workable bedside lighting: to read a book lying in bed we had to keep the strong ceiling lights on. Finally, we would have really loved some kind of hooks or chair or something to hang our clothes on. Bottom line: the room looked good but lacked functionality.

Disturbing decor and in need of renovation

location was perfect and easy to arrive by car. valet parking was why I chose the property

strange and disturbing decor did not promote a restful night. too many patterns and colors going on at once. whole hotel is badly in need of renovation, especially bathrooms
