Un superbe séjour dans la jungle

La vue sur la jungle et la rivière ayung en contre bas...juste magnifique. Nous avions la villa 2 chambres avec piscine. La piscine privée est magnifique et très grande! Nous avons également testé les massages...au top. On est loin du tumulte d ubud , au calme dans la nature. L hôtel propose une navette gratuite pour sy rendre plusieurs fois par jour. Nous avons beaucoup aimé également la balade proposée par l hôtel avec un guide qui nous a fait découvrir les alentours de l hôtel et un joli village accessible à pied depuis l hôtel en traversant la rivières par un pont.

Rien. Si on devait dire quelque chose. C est juste qu on voit que l hôtel a souffert de la période covid sans touristes et certains équipements sont vieillissants mais le cadre de l hotel et la gentillesse du personnel font oublier ce détail et nous avons beaucoup aimé cet adresse.

Muy caro para el servicio recibido

La Habitación muy amplia y bonita.

La cama eran literal 2 colchones de 1 plaza, es decir, había un espacio entre colchones. Llegamos un día con lluvia y el personal del hotel toma nuestras mochilas y sin ningún paraguas se las lleva y quedaron todas mojadas. La habitación no estuvo lista a las 14:00hrs según lo indicado en la reserva, y estuvimos esperando más de una hora para que nos pasaran la habitación y decidimos irnos al centro porque parece que seguiríamos esperando un buen rato más. Ni siquiera contaban con paraguas. El SPA sin disponibilidad y exageradamente caro, 5 veces el valor promedio de un masaje en Bali. Realmente para el precio que uno paga, la calidad de servicio muy bajo lo esperado.

1. Food quality 2. Higentic, not taking care of cleaning, used tooth brushes were near to washbasin. 3. AC was not cooling 4. Shower water is a little warm 5. Reception is not helpful compared with other experience.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location to explore the north of Bali or to sit back and do nothing!

Amazing location, just a short car ride away from the main town. Lovely breakfast with good variety for all dietary requirements. Super friendly and helpful staff, always going out of their way to assist you.

Villa could have been cleaner. The room was not ready for us so a deep clean was required.

Excceded our expectation

We spent a night at this gorgeous hotel which was exceptional in every way . it is nestled in the mountains with the most panoramic views of hills and the river below . This was our 8 th hotel stay in Bali as we are doing a road trip around the whole island . The bedroom was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated . The breakfast was excellent and the staff amongst the friendliest we’ve met who were attentive to our every need . There are stairs down to rooms however hotel provide a buggy service which we did use . Due to location just on outskirts of Ubud the hotel also provide a shuttle service into town . i highly recommend this hotel and their staff and sound definitely stay again

privacy and facilities in theory.

our villa was nothing like the photos. everything was very run down. constant noise of animals in the ceiling/roof. aircon and phone in room did not work and we were far from reception. tried making contact via mobile, phone number on website was disconnected. whats’apped via website and was told wrong number but given supposed correct number which also did not work. got a return call the next morning after we’d checked out and reception was unapologetic about it. just said “ok.” and hung up. (we also checked out early just to get out of there.) complete waste of money.

Spacious villa for a good recharge.

Staff were attentive to the needs. They even take time to address you by your name during breakfast. Service rendered was also fast and prompt.

Perhaps the nature bit? Since it was a jungle villa, be expected to see spiders, frogs, lizards and other insects around the place.

Nice but need more buggys

Rundown hotel, in dire need of renovation. Definitely not five star. Swimming pool not heated. Pool side shower not working. Swimming pool side full of big black ants, flies and worms. Couldn't stay at balcony or pool side. Way too natural. There are many cracks through the wall, so insects can get in. Frogs and lizards kept croaking through the night and were on the door of our villa, 2 small and big ones actually got in, reception called 3 times to remove it and they couldn't!!! They say it not dangerous, it good for mosquitos!! We live with it.

Location is good. Staff are friendly, helpful and attentive.

Rundown hotel, in dire need of renovation. Definitely not five star. Felt like staying in an abandoned place. Zero facility. Zero cleanliness. Felt like the place and our room especially wasn’t “clean”. View amazing but couldn’t make up for the whole experience. Breakfast and coffee disappointing. Worst $400 I’ve ever spent! Should have stayed elsewhere.
