Friendly and good value.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, although basic, was clean, warm and comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly large with a good shower. Kettle and tv were functioning and welcome. Breakfast was good value. A good location for connecting travel elsewhere in the midlands.

Minimal space for hanging clothes, but a wardrobe would have made these rooms feel cramped so the absence is understandable.

Would not stay again until the rooms have been updated.

The staff were lovely and friendly.

The offensive smell in the room, the bed was very hard and the pillows are lumpy. New ones are required.

Property delivered for price and convenience. Staff very attentive and excellent service.

Food was good. Staff worked tirelessly in the restaurant with efficiency and speed. Great atmosphere but dining room needs new carpet and paint.

Tired looking property. Needs some paint and refurbishment. Showers very hot and overhead shower made it difficult to alter shower settings on the bath.

Rooms as expected for an affordable stay, don’t hold out much hope of service for breakfast though.

Cheap no frills accommodation. Bed was comfortable.

Rooms were dirty, hairs in the bed, cobwebs all in the shower home to a spider family, a smell in the room but was expected with the price we paid. The absolute let down though was the breakfast the next morning. 15 minutes stood waiting to be greeted, shown to a table and told the host would be over in a minute to take our order and in the next 26 minutes we didn’t see another member of staff so we left. Glad we hadn’t paid upfront for breakfast.

Fabulous stay

Motel like rooms where ideal for our stay . Really comfy bed and nice hot shower . Heating came on really fast when needed.

An udeal drop over we had 3 nights .warm com

We didn't have any meals there but people did gi specifically just for breakfast so I think that's a good sign Clean and tidy room very peaceful and we dlepr well

It was a little tired and dull in the room but very clean and comfortable so no complaints at all.

I only stay two night at this property therefore I should be getting a credit or my money my back

I did like the location and staff was friendly.

I didn’t like dirty bed sheets, bad lighting in and no lighting to the entire, dirty room, bathroom ceiling was peeling and dirty and bath tub was extremely hard to get in because to high. After first night I complained about my bed sheet and second night got dirt sheet again.

The staff were friendly & helpful.

The sound of a truck refrigerator humming continuously for 3 full days in the yard opposite our room. The carpet in our room was filthy, necessitating the wearing of shoes when moving around the room & using the bathroom. Blackening socks & bare foot soles.

The hotel was badly in need of a full face lift. Things missing off the menu three nights running. But maybe you get what you pay for.

We just wanted an overnight stopover and the hotel was fine for this.

Room was warm and comfortable and was a motel type room outside the main property.

Dont go there !!

Room was ok ,staff luvly

I went to stay over new year!! But the pub shut at 10 pm on Nye, no music or anything. Saw new year in , in my chalet alone !! Only stayed 1 night , very disappointing . Lorry park right next car park , not very inviting 100pd wasted !!
