Good location. Allowed me early check in.

Good location. Walkable distance from paddington train station. Easy access to paddington and edgware street also to other main streets. Allowed me early checkin without any additional charge. Though I had done online check in reception asked me to do it again at counter. Very small room and restroom You have to bring drinking water, it won’t be available at hotel. Don’t expect a smile from the reception

Good location but some issues found

The location of the property was ideal

-We had to give our key card back in before leaving the property which seemed strange -One of our group was made to sleep on a broken bed as the maintenance guy came and said he finished his shift soon and so couldn’t do it that day. This was an inappropriate position for us to be put it and she woke up with terrible back pain -The breakfast provided was poor -Lack of plug points in the room

Great value for London hotel

The hotel was great value for money. At the price we paid we were very pleased with the standard. The staff were friendly and rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast was basic but very good.

Dit hotel is een ideale uitvalsbasis om de stad Londen te verkennen, dichtbij Paddington station.

De dames bij het ontbijt waren zeer vriendelijk. De receptie is 24/24 open en je kan er je sleutel afgeven (zo geraak je die onderweg niet kwijt).

Het ontbijt was eerder basic, geen verse koffie, enkel toastbrood. Engels ontbijt was standaard (enkel bonen, eieren en een worstje). Storende geluiden van bovenburen.

The wall should be thick so we can’t hear people from other room and add potatoes for breakfast.

I like my room my view was great in front of street because the receptionist when I want to move from 1 floor was cold room so I wanted to move and I knew her from the first I stay before in this hotel and have kettle to boil hot water.

Flush for toilet and shower so small can’t put bath gel or shampoo inside the shower because too small. I can hear the bed move so loud lot from other room because the wall thin. The breakfast need potatoes.

Had a great 4 night stay great hospitality 😊

The location of the property was fantastic!!! walking distance to everything so close to Hyde park I loved the breakfast and the hospitality of the staff and the ladies in the kitchen were lovely

Nothing really our room was small but we were out every day so not a big problem

Hôtel plutôt bien placé à côté de la gare Paddington,, propre , le personnel est très gentil , nous avons était satisfait du déjeuner également .

Well situated to transport, pubs and restaurants easy walk to Hyde Park and other attractions.

Location was excellent and breakfast was great!

Weekend en couple, bon choix pour le peu de temps dans la chambre.

L'emplacement idéal avec proximité des transports en commun et de la gare de Paddington. Situé dans un quartier calme. Café et thé à disposition dans la chambre.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré, avec par exemple des viennoiseries.

Situation géographique au top ! Chambre suffisamment grande pour 4 et petit déjeuner raisonnable et copieux avec un personnel toujours très chaleureux ! Rapport qualité prix impeccable

Petit bémol sur le café (soluble uniquement) et l insonorisation des fenêtres (mais largement supportable car côté calme)

Proche de tout à petit prix

L’emplacement se trouve proche de tout, gare bus, taxi, nous sommes à 10 min à pied du grand parc et à 40 min à pied de Oxford street. Le petit déjeuner est simple et copieux. Les lit sont comfortable, la moquette est pratique quand vous venez en période froide.

Horrible, la peor estancia hasta el momento

Los colchones (se clavan los muelles y se hundían en los lados) El ascensor estuvo desde el sábado hasta el lunes (que nosotros nos fuimos) sin funcionar. El buffet de desayuno era café, tostadas y desayuno inglés.

Excellent location - ideal for short stays.

Amazing location and rooms were clean and private. Most of the staff were great and the luggage storage was super helpful as I arrived really early and couldn't check in. The included breakfast makes this good value for money.

Parking was a slight issue and the member of staff who I spoke to about parking was quite rude but the rest of the staff I encountered were lovely and helpful.

Very nicely situated on Sussex Gardens, close to Paddington Station, a well looked after hotel, very clean, well refreshed, very comfortable, with a nice bathroom and good quality towels, endowed with a fan as well, was a pleasant place to come back to after a walk in town or dinner in the many restaurants available nearby..

Convenient location, friendly helpful staff, and clean

Staff friendly and helpful . Luggage could be held after check out in order to enjoy the last day, until a late train home. Has ironing facility which was great.

The Full English Breakfast could have been better..as fried eggs sausage and beans isn't a full English without bacon and tomato etc. We( my friend and I ) had a family room, but very little wardrobe space. If 3 people were staying there is no way they would cope.

Handy for Paddington Station

Tiny room but spotlessly clean, fresh bedding and fluffy white towels. Short walk from Paddington Station.

Mattress literally sank in the middle, spot light on mirror didn't work neither did the extractor fan in the bathroom. Hotel was very noisy right up till about 2.30am. English breakfast was vile, a plate swimming in beans, one cheap sausage and two fried eggs.

location is super - but dont expect too much

Great Location, friendly staff

breakfast was disappointing. just toast and instant coffee - boiled egg and a slice of cheese were the highlight. no yogurt no fresh fruits nothing. we had a room towards the street, which was very loud since it was hot and we had to leave the window open. Also you can hear everything from the room beside you and the one above you.

Good price for an average comfortable hotel in a good location

Good location, 20min walk from Hyde Park and Madame Tussauds, 30mins to regent street/Oxford Street. 5mins to nearest tube. Plenty of local restaurants, bars, supermarkets. For a small boutique hotel it's got everything you need, comfortable place to sleep, shower and grab a quick bite before heading out in the morning. Breakfast is just basics but will get you by, toast, porridge, hard boiled egg, selection of cereals, juice, tea coffee, jams, biscuits and cheese. Decent price for a comfortable hotel base in Central location.

TV acted up, most of the channels lost signal and those that didn't went in and out sometimes. Didn't bother us as we were out and about mostly but wouldn't be great for kids.
