Apart from the traffic noise and people working outside the bedroom, overall, the property was nice and comfortable

The property was nice and comfortable

There was some traffic noise coming from outside the bedroom windows and you can hear people walking and talking outside the bedroom window so that may take a little bit hard to sleep at night. It will be nice to get some bedroom curtains to block out the sunlight.

The bells from the church so early in the morning was a startle but then so beautiful to hear as they ring out across the city.

There is plenty of room and clean & tidy. Easy access.

No dishcloth or soap in the bathroom, which would have been useful. The bedroom smelled of stale cigarettes. Bed very small but was comfy.

Spacious apartment with majority of facilities. Not too far from the centre.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and needs changing. The shower head holder was broken, and it could have been cleaner. Nit picking, but no hair dryer. Would have been nice to be facing the docks.

Liverpool itself did not disappoint but a damper was put on the surprise getaway for my husband due

The location was perfect a nice walk in to town Flat well equipped

We wrote an email off to the owner asking for a rebate on our second night as the bed in all my years of travel is thee worst … no mattress just springs! We had to move into the Malmaison hotel next door for the second night …. The lift were not working on arrival that was out with the owners control … the entry door was temperamental that was out with the owner control but the mattress should have been in a dump years ago …. As yet I have had no response from the owner regarding the refund

The apartment was easy to find, in a fantastic location for what we needed with a car park right next to it. The accommodation itself was clean and tidy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful, always on hand when needed.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Location was great, just a short walk to the sights. Apartment was very spacious and peaceful at night. It also had a washing machine which was unexpected. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the mattresses were lumpy and one side of the mattress of the double bed was wonky leading to bad nights sleep. There was no furniture in the bedrooms other than a bed and a wardrobe that had no shelves in it so we had nowhere to put anything - we ended up dragging in chairs from the living room to use as bedside tables.

There was loud music playing in another apartment from 2.45 am on the first night. This was unfortunate but would not put us off staying again.

Good for one night we had disabled badge so found parking a 5 min walk so ok

Great was spacious.

the apartment is in a great location with great views it should have been a great place but was problematic for a range of reasons one of which was with a car as there was only paid parking 22 pounds a day available around the apartment

it was never made clear what the process would be for check in and this caused significant stress a lot of wasted time and my son got sick as a result of being out in the cold and wet. All that needed to happen was for the process to be explained well in advance of our arrival and this could have been avoided - a clear lack of thought or concern for the customer. I was very close at 8.30 pm at booking something else as we could not get in. One day in the toilet was not working it was fixed sort of but it was still problematic for the remainder of the stay and in the end we couldn't use it. The double bed was extremely hard and the pillows were poor after the first night I had to go and buy a pillow so I could get some sleep

Great location, hidden away but in plain sight!

Location Mirrors in bedroom and hall. Couches were comfy

The beds were awful. You could feel every spring. Very cheap quality. The duvet was flat as a pancake. The deco was really basic, grey and dull. It felt cold and not welcoming. There were no side lights or dressing table or bedside tables. The lining of the curtains are hanging down on all the curtains. The door plates on the floor are not secure on the double bedroom and the on suit bathroom and got kicked across the floor when you walked over them.

Great location and comfy bed.

The location is very handy for the dockside and town. The view of the river is wonderful and it was great to sit on the balcony and watch the boats and people as well as the sky line. The flat was clean and tidy and came with good basic facilities. The bed was comfy.

The shower worked but the fitting was a bit loose and sometimes slid down. The bedroom was a bit stuffy with no way of opening a window.

A lovely apartment with a good location just needs a bit of TLC and it would be fantastic.

Great location. The apartment was much bigger than we were expecting and had a balcony and clean.

The beds were so uncomfortable it was difficult to get a good nights sleep which was a shame. The dishwasher was also broken but note explaining it was broken and not a major inconvenience for us.

Heart of Liverpool

A fantastic location, next to Pier Head and close to…well, pretty much everything.

I’ve been staying here for 12 years. It was new then and there are rooms that are definitely in need of a refurb.

nice view, difficult to find, actually inside the Malmaison hotel , nice flat , parking space next building ( 25 pounds for 24 hours )

trouble with the shower tube , a few cooking ustensiles, if you need infos you have to make a call to reach the reception for this flat
