Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay which was helped by amazing weather

Our only negative in room 10 was sofa is not suitable for a person with disabilities as it is too low and therefore to difficult to get out of

Very happy with Plas Hyfred, I'd have no hesitation in coming back.

The staff were excellent, I can't fault them at all. Breakfast was really good, the location of the hotel is superb and the car charging facilities were great.

We were staying for three days, a mini fridge in the room would have been useful for keeping drinks chilled.

Excellent service throughout, great breakfast and variety, superb location and parking, clean and bright rooms. Fabulous staff**. Nice to have water and coffee/tea facility in the room.

We had a small double bed so pretty tight and mattress was too soft. The shower room needs a bath mat as it can get quite slippery. I believe this is on order.

Good choice at breakfast Meals are served throughout the day. so there is only one standard menu. The dinner menu is a little bit uninspired; if there was just one ' dinner of the day' which wasn't a grill, but maybe included a sauce and an alternative to chips, that would have been welcome.

I had had a stressful time and had gone away for a couple of days to really relax. Unfortunately on my first night there was a problem with the public toilets adjacent to the bar, meaning that an alternative had to be found. Unfortunately my bedroom was adjacent to this alternative, which meant that a door was slammed every minute, which was really annoying and NOT what I needed. An explanation and apology BEFORE I went out to seek the cause of all the noise would have been a mark of courtesy. The hotel had a big function that night, with many men present, so the situation was maybe unusual. My score would have been higher but for this.,

Great location for the local town. Lovely atmosphere at the hotel, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent as was dinner, I can’t recommend highly enough.

Really good place to stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent and worth the wait.

The hotel has is own car park and chargers for electric cars which was great. The bar staff was super attentive and remembered drinks orders which made you feel right at home!

Comfortable and Cosy stay

Love staying in this very comfortable friendly hotel. Excellent location for Pembrokeshire sites and beautiful Narberth for foodies and great shopping! Good parking.

Breakfast was fab apart from the poor quality sausages.. not the best.

Lovely boutique style hotel in a lovely small village. Comfortable beds, clean and well equipped rooms. Friendly staff, great breakfast.

Lovely hotel, great rooms and very clean and tidy. Excellent location, short walk to the shops and the centre. Best part were the staff. They made the stay much nicer.

Comfy and inviting hotel in the perfect location to explore the lovely little town of Narberth with its great selection of small independent shops and places to eat/drink. Hotels decor has recently been updated - looking good!

Superb

The staff were very friendly and helpful. check in was easy and quick. our room was comfortable and clean with delicious complimentary snacks. The party they hosted for our friend was well run and the food that they provided was delicious and so was the breakfast the next morning.
