A convenient and reliable stop-off, but not a 4-star elongated stay.

Great location with good views. Rooms were soundproof (we were on the third floor, very close to the center of the hotel) as we could not hear any of the noise from reception and the restaurant. The hotel was perfect for our needs, but we would have been disappointed if we had been staying for longer than one night.

Rooms weren't really a 4-star standard. The bath and shower left a lot to be desired with water pressure and functionality. Plenty of hot drink options available from the kettle in the room, but only one milk sachet provided so they couldn't be used. We arrived with lots of bags (we were travelling onwards to the arctic circle) and not once were we offered a hand with our bags.

A nice hotel in Helsinki, needing improvements in some areas

The room was well-rennovated, spacious and good bathroom. The daily cleaning service was done very thoroughly and professionally. The room was quiet, with goid air conditioning. The beds were comfortable.

Honestly, one expects much more friendly welcome to a Hilton hotel! I had to ask about everything, receiving very short incomplete answers. The executive lounge was a joke! The number of tables/chairs for seating and benefiting from the lounge was low, the upgrade to executive was definitely not worth it. The breakfast was not on par with other Hilton hotels I stayed in! The bar closing at 23:00?! In a hotel where any other bar was at least 1 km away.

Hyvä sänky. Aamupala ok, ja kahvi tuotiin kannussa pöytään. Merimaisema aina plussaa. Sisääntuloaula ja ravintola oikein tyylikkäitä. Lasihissit myös bueno!

Appelsiinimehu aamupalalla laimeaa litkua. Hiukan nuhjaantunut yleisilme. Lounge auki aamusta iltaan (ehkä), mutta tarjoilua vain kaksi tuntia illalla.

Dobra lokalizacja i obsługa, która reagowała na zgłoszenia

Najgorszy Hilton jaki znam. O wszystko trzeba było prosić, o ręczniki, kosmetyki, kapcie, herbatę, cukier, nie tylko dla trzeciej (zgłoszonej przy rezerwacji) osoby w pokoju. Fakt, szybko doniesiono po zgłoszeniu. Fugi w łazience brudne. Meble przydałoby się już wymienić, podłoga zniszczona. Śniadania zjadliwe, ale mało jest miejsca i trzeba korzystać z sali obok. Wokół hotelu remont wszystkich dróg,

كانت اقامه ممتعه

اطلالتهزعلى البحيره رائعه وموقعه والموظفين في الاستقبال كانوا جدا متعاونين لأي طلب وخاصه السيد( بيتر )كان قمه في الذوق والاحترام والتعاون وله الشكر والتقدير

كان البدايه لدي عدد 3 غرف مطله على البحيره ولكن المكيفات لم تكن تعمل بالشكل الجيد فتم تخير الغرف اطالتها على الحديقه لكن لاباس بها وكنت اتمنى لو يتم ارجاع فارق مبلغ للغرف واكون من الشاكرين

بكل امانه فندق خيب ظني في كل شي كنت متحمس للاقامه فيه لكنه للأسف ينقصه الكثير جدا

اولاً لا تستطيع التحكم في التكيفات إلا من الاستقبال في ردهة الفندق لم ارى شيئا مثل هذا في حياتي و مناشف الفندق ليست نظيفه أبدا وخدمة الغرف متواضعه للغاية

Ok for a couple of days, but not for a longer stay. You shouldn’t have back issues. Breakfast ok, dinner really good.

Close to the city, very friendly staff and surprisingly amazing food in the restaurant at night. Pizza was much better compared to some Italian restaurants I went to.

View isn’t ideal due to construction and the beds have been saggy and totally soft.

Bei Buchung sollte man erwähnen, dass Baustelle ist, durch die Umleitung war es sehr laut

Lage vieles fußläufig erreichbar

Klimaanlage konnte nicht reguliert werden. Im Zimmer dadurch sehr kühl und zum Frühstück extrem kühl . Im Bad Badewanne, Dusche wäre günstiger. Die Möbel ziemlich abgenutzt.

가성비는 보통입니다.

아침식사는 그냥저냥. 위치는 나쁘지 않았지만 공사로 인해 걸어야 하는 시간이 길었어요. 힘들었어요. 경치도 나쁜건 아니지만 역시 공사 중이라 좋지만은 않았죠. 사우나와 수영장은 꽤 만족스러웠어요.

주변이 공사중이라 걷는 거리가 길었다는 게 문제였어요.

Täytti konventti tarpeen erinomaisesti.

Ravintolassa oli eriomainen palvelu. Eräs vähän vanhempi tarjoilija , jolta saimme erinomaista palvelua. Nuorempi tarjoilija kiilasi ja tuli väliin palvelemaan mritä siitä en pitänyt tipit olisin antanu vanhemmalle tarjoilijalle.

Sauberes und schön gelegenes Hotel

Ein sauberes und schön gelegenes Hotel mit einem tollen Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Uns hat geärgert, dass z.B. Bademäntel bei einer gewissen Zimmerkategorie nicht inklusive sind und dann nur gemietet werden können.

1. Room had a really nice view 2. Within a walking distance to the center, around 15 mins maximum 3. Staff was extremely friendly, and the room was very clean. 4. Breakfast was really good with a wide variety.

A nice hotel with good value for money in a good location

The hotel layout is impressive with a big atrium and glass elevators. you can see that the hotel had its primes a few decades ago, some appliances and furnitures are rather dated, but that's nothing really to worry about. A big plus was the breakfast hotels with very flexible times and a huge selection of food, especially for .. Finland. Also the Pool, which was opened from 6am till 10pm, allowed us a lot of relaxation in times when the weather wasn't favorable. The hotel is very close to Hakaniemi Square, where you have a Metro station, as well as a Tram stop. It's also possible to reach the ferry terminal to Estonia from that very tram stop.

The Hakaniemi Area is currently undergoing huge construction works, which will likely go on for a year or more - we were aware of that, it didn't affect my review What negatively impacted my review and downgraded it from 10 to 9 were the following points, all regarding maintenance and cleanliness: - Our Bathroom sink didnt drain. I told the front desk, but nothing happened afterwards It's ok, I can brush my teeth in the Bathtub. It's only a Hilton hotel after all. - Shampoo dispenser in the Sauna Shower wasnt refilled for 5 days. - Chewing gum on the edge of the Swimming Pool wasnt removed during our stay - Pool Tiles above the water surface have accumulated a "Patina" of dirt. Can be rubbed off with your fingers, but I would have preferred if somebody had cleaned it before i encountered it - On one day I realized that the mustard bottle at the breakfast buffet was empty, i didnt complain and just took ketchup on my sausage. on the next day, the same empty mustard bottle was again added to the breakfast buffet. Imagine the ignorance :)) Anyway, this didnt spoil my visit, I just hope that people at Hilton read this and improve their service regarding these points :)

Huone ei ollut vastaava, kuten bookingin sivuilla myytiin. Hotellissa tuli ilmi, että huone tiedot ovat väärin bookingissa, eikä hintaan kuulunut mukavuuksia joita sivulla luki huoneen kohdalla. Tämä oli pettymys ja johti alku säätöön kirjautuessa. Hotellin henkilökunta oli kuitenkin ystävällistä ja hyvitti nämä maksutta meille.

I will definitely come again!

the room was superb, breakfast was incredible perfect for my 3 days stay, Even i'm having the same breakfast everyday but it's just too good. walking distance to metro station, we've even tried to walk back from city center to hotel, which is about 20 mins and not too bad. the front view of the lake/river/sea was amazing as it was frozen during my visit - end Feb, early Mar. the elevator was quick and have nice view to the restaurant. had dinner there, all was good.

i have to sign up as member for free wifi.
