Stress free and just how I expected it to be , quitt the r and relaxing

Really liber the studio apartment we had for he 2 nights . Couldn’t fault it just would recommend that there could be 2 leys for the room and to enter property as hat was a bit awkward but apart from that all good :)

Excellent value at a beautiful location.

The breakfast was one of the nicest hotel breakfasts we have ever had and the bar area was amazing especially the Dome Bar ||

Room got a little cold as the heating kept going off and it was obvious that the room had been vacant during the week as it took a long time to heat up.

Good comfy hotel, well located

Location was spot on for the town centre, river right outside front door. Bed was comfy. Shower and bath excellent

We stopped for 5 nights and room service happened once. First day we left the 'please service' thing on the door, when we got home it hadnt been done but we noticed the sign was the wrong way round, so presumed we had put it that way. Second day we did the same but obviously made sure we had put it the right way round, got back and it had been turned round and no room service. We went to reception to get milk and toilet rolls and there was no problem on the third day and room service was fine. Fourth day, we put out the sign but room service didnt attend. This was not a problem to us, but I guess it could be for others. Didnt like the way the sign was turned round and felt this was a little underhand

We spent a comfortable night, which was needed for an appointment the next morning.

Location was within walking distance of the centre of Evesham, right opposite waterside gardens. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. They are still not fully open, ie no restaurant for diner as yet.

There was limescale on the grout in the shower, so attention to detail required.

I am sorry, but we would not stay there again and couldn’t recommend the hotel All looked very tired

Location was excellent as a starting point for the Cotswolds. Breakfast was quite good but fairly limited if you didn’t want a full English. Unfortunately, we were in the older part of the hotel which is definitely in need of a refurb. There was a damp smell in the corridor and water dripping down the wall in the dining room. It is not good to have buckets and other receptacles dotted around to catch the drips! The room was OK but in need of decorating and updating. The bath panel was ancient and the window frames in a poor state. The beds were quite comfortable, if very bouncy! The staff were welcoming, but seemed to be trying to do more than one job.

Not for Electric Car Owners.

Location was good. Room was nice

EV Charging was advertised (19 August 2023) but the charger they had was for use of staff only, not guests. We booked this hotel specially so we could charge our car before continuing our journey so were very disappointed. We had to search out a public charger late at night and disrupt our arrangements to work-a-round this. At breakfast there was another couple with and EV in the same position. The hotel should not advertise facilities that they do not have.

The Northwick Arms suited our requirements for our overnight stay and we would stay again.

Our room was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the location suited us exactly. We were in Evesham to play with the band in the park bandstand, so the hotel was very accessible. We had the option of parking our car before check-in time which was very useful.

The bedding was a bit haphazard! The mattress protector didn't seem to fit the mattress and it became a bit uncomfortable during the night. The bottom sheet didn't fit over the mattress very well either .... but we managed! I would have preferred a shower rather than one in the bath.

Pleasant

Breakfast was ordererd on a slip of paper and unless stated you got one item (including one button mushroom). Learnt on the second day and asked for three mushrooms and duly got them. Booked three nights bed and breakfast ( Friday to sunday ) but was told on arrival there would be only continental breakfast on the Monday morning, and that was poor. 4 slices of Cheese and 6 slices of ham between 4 Adults.

Nice staff but a run down property

The staff are friendly and helpful but the property itself is very dated and in need of refurbishment.

The shower head was encrusted with limescale and looked like it had never been cleaned. The shower did not drain so you had to switch it off every minute to avoid flooding the bathroom. A piece of the bath panelling was missing. There was a piece of rubbish left on the radiator. Generally smelt like industrial cleaner.

Location great next to the river and central. First impression reasonable from outside. Parking space good.

Room needs airing, outdated, mouldy patches. Mattress spring type uncomfortable. Pillows okay though. Breakfast overdone, except egg.

Nice hotel that needs a more attention paid to details.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were helpful and receptive. The outlook from our room was exceptional as the park and River Avon were directly outside.

The restaurant was not open in the evening and after a long drive we had to go out to eat. The bathroom was large and well equipped but not up to standard. The plug in the sink was damaged and water ran away. The shower was hot and powerful but the grouting was stained and dirty.

Good price, good room and hotel in a beautiful and convenient location.

Reception staff was excellent and friendly, booked us in, gave us plenty of information and showed us our room. Parking my motorbike right outside my room was a bonus. The hotel overlooks the river and is a short walk from the town centre.

The bathroom needs a bit of updating ,minor sealant mildew could be replaced and door needs to shut properly. The room was very hot, it was exceptional weather, and the only window was at bed level so couldn't leave the blind open without flashing to passers.

Central location and own parking, good sized bathroom with bath and shower. Room decent size and all the basics there. Staff friendly and helpful.

A Joke of an allegedly three star hotel - Ride on by and book into a Premier Travel Inn

The Breakfast staff and quality of the breakfast food was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Not a Bike Friendly Hotel. Reception would not agree to me putting my bike in a secluded area of the courtyard for security under CCTV Camera, instead suggested it would be safe if I chained it up and placed it into adjoining easily accessed car park - Yeh Right. Of course bikes never get stolen !!! I was content to loose money and stay elsewhere but could not find another hotel locally that had availability. Room was depressing, no fresh air, basic, window was dirty and toilet needed a good clean. I travel extensively and would describe this as a never to be repeated experience. A backdrop for a new series of Fawlty Towers. Location could be made nice but needs massive investment

I would recommend this hotel to my friends and book it again.

I ordered a twin bedroom and was given a twin double bed room which was great. There was a ceiling fan but no air conditioning. THe hotel is by the attractive River Avon and the old town is walkable over the bridge.

Okay for a couple of nights.

Location was good, with the river being just across the road. The bathroom was large with a bath and separate shower. Beds were comfortable. Accommodation was clean and tidy.

Unfortunately the room was very hot as there was no air conditioning, there was a ceiling fan and also another standing fan in the room and although these were left on continuously in the day the room still did not cool down until the early hours of the morning. The room would have also benefited with a mirror on the walls in the main area, as would be useful if using a hairdryer.
