A good hotel that is value for money and in a good location.

The staff were friendly and very helpful with any query that we had as there were multiple things that had arisen that we needed help with. The breakfast was very good in terms of options with both cooked and fresh fruit/cereals and laid out in a buffet style so you can have as much as you want. The room was okay but felt on the smaller side for 2 adults as there was just enough space for 2 single beds and the table that was in the room but it was adequate for a week stay. The location is very central, making it ideal to see the sights in the city and get around easily.

When we arrived the TV ariel was falling out of the socket in the wall so we had to fix that ourselves. There was no services to watch such as Netflix or YouTube and the options of channels were very limited as many of them are repeated. The bathroom felt quite cramped with just enough space to move around. The single beds that are not against the wall are quite wobbly and at times when you’re moving around, it felt like you are going to fall off. The phone didn’t work when we arrived so we couldn’t call down to reception and had to go down ourselves. The guy they sent up for support didn’t have any idea what to do as he looked like a cleaner instead as he said the maintenance guys have gone home. He said he would come back to fix the issue the next day and would report it but nothing happened after that.

Excelente opción para quedarse en Sydney, relación calidad/precio muy buena.

Excelentemente bien ubicado. El lugar del desayuno muy lindo, y el desayuno variado y todo de excelente calidad. Sobrepasó mis espectativas positivamente.

Nos tocó un cuarto de esquina, un poco pequeño, no cabían las maletas, pero la lencería era buena, cámara cómoda, el baño muy bien equipado y todo limpio.

Good location, easy check in and check out process, and very comfortable room on the 2nd floor.

We had a good stay here. A short walk took us to Thai town where we enjoyed many Thai food.

The location is good, not far from Thai town and capital square, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

There is no breakfast.

Fantastic location, great value and very comfortable!

Great location, being so close to Museum station and Hyde Park. Comfortable, clean room - great shower, toiletries, and large fluffy towels. Good lighting in the room too. I’d definitely stay again!

Would have been nice for the TV to have Netflix or YouTube apps :-)

Loved it

On arrival, I realised I'd make a mistake with my booking, and the guy at the counter fixed it up with no worries. He was so helpful and very happy to help. The location is great, close to cafes, pubs, trains, and buses.

Satisfactory once we got into a room

The location and mostly the staff are helpful and pleasant.

The last two occasions we’ve stayed at the hotel the booking for two single beds has not been readily available. The staff member on the last occasion wanted me to prove that I was truthful in my assertion that the two beds had been booked. I didn’t appreciate the attitude of the man on reception and the situation was only resolved by calling in the manager. The hotel blamed booking.com on each occasion for the problem.

Great location. easy access (if you like walking) central station, shops, restaurants and 18minute walk to Darling harbo

Room was nice. great location. Staff were very nice 👍

: dirty bathroom, it clearly show it wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Cleaners just changed towels. The two pillows are way too soft. Also maybe change the drapes.

It was worth the money spent!

The staff were great and very helpful. The room was clean and equipped with all necessary utensils for convenience. The location was also great as it was within walking distance to many popular locations - shops, Park etc. Wouldn't mind using this venue again.

The reception area could be improve for comfort of those waiting to be serve.

Pleasant and convenient stay in Sydney

Nice location in the center of Sydney with easy access to train, tram, and bus. The room is clean and will equipped with microwave and utensil etc. for simple food preparation. Fast and easy checking in facility with friendly staff in case you need help.

到着日と出発日にスーツケースを預かってくれた。おかげで身軽に観光することができた。3人旅行だったので、トリプルルームが良かった。3つベッドがあったので、3人ともゆっくり眠ることができた。夜、前の部屋がうるさかったが、フロントに連絡したらきちんと対応してくれた。部屋には清潔感があった。

Terrible experience

Nothing really.

Bathroom was not clean and i paid in advance still they couldn’t see payment in system they made me wait for 2 hours and I ending paying twice after all that i have to wait for another 2 weeks for refund so many emails and calls terrible customer service and experience i had i would not recommend to anyone.
