Had a lovely stay ☀️

Efficient friendly staff and location.

Had noisy neighbours whose doors were exceptionally loud closing shut at 2:30am! Maybe due to slow closing and heavy doors, perhaps for fire regulations 🙃

We had a nice stay here & would stay again.

The location was great. Arrival was via train & it's a 2 minute walk from Town Hall station. There is a cafe on the ground floor which we had breakfast daily & was reasonably priced. Location to everything in the city being shopping & light rail was very good.

The only small issue was the high step into the shower. The shower was in the bath & there were no handles to step into the bath to use the shower for the elderly. Like I said very small issue.

Great location, tired hotel.

Well located, central. Easy walk or tram ride to all of Sydney's main central attractions.

Hotel was tired, needing complete refurbishment. Room was not cleaned during our stay, made our own bed most days.

Great location and such lovely reception staff!

Reception staff were so lovely & accomodated our request for an early check in. The location was great too!

Personal preference but I didn’t like that the bed didn’t have a dona cover, it was a sheet over the top of a dona which didn’t feel as hygienic.

Accommodation served its purpose, giving us somewhere to rest our heads during our stay. Great customer service. However

Great Location. Great Customer Service. New Samsung TV in room.

Only two lifts servicing 29 levels, meaning in peak areas long waits for lifts. Aircon is centrally controlled and unable to change temperature or turn off/on without contacting reception. The interior is outdated and is in need of renovations.

Absolutely positive- directlyopposite Town Hall station so incredibly easy to access.

Fantastic apartment, spacious, great kitchen, more than what we expected as we booked a twin studio and got a two bedroom two bathroom apartment-thank you!

Perhaps the air conditioning could have been better. In each bedroom would be good.

Could use better front desk service for issues

My aircon didn’t work, I rang the front desk about the issue and they didn’t do anything to sort it out.

The traffic is connected in all directions, and location is the best,The equipment is complete, and service staff’s attitude is very good,However can the bathtub be equipped with handrails on the side of the wall? Because Some people like to take a shower,it is difficult to get in and out the bathtub,If there is a chance,l will stay in you hotel.

Perfect Location

The location was the best. Adina Town Hall was located perfectly for the family and I. Walking distance to public transportation, attractions, and good eats. The staff from reception to house cleaning were friendly and informative.

The only complain would be the carpets need an update. But everything else was worked well.

Location and ease for a trip to the city. Parking was also easy and affordable.

Accommodation was a comfortable, clean but a little dated. The showers were very small and the water pressure was terrible.

Good location, well equipped apartment, full kitchen and lots of space for families

The room was very comfortable and had a full kitchen which was great with kids. Also liked that there were two bathrooms in the two bed apartment and one had a full bath.
