Péssimo a experiência

Eles bateram meu carro alugado pela avis, o qual me prometeram a restituição dos danos, porém não foi feita. Me alegaram que tinham um seguro, porém ninguém sabe me informar como quando serei restituído.

Impressive hotel

Everything in the hotel was high standard and location is excellent right next to Oriental Lisboa train station. The staff where excellent I really enjoyed my time..

It could have been slightly less expensive for room service etc in my opinion but maybe I'm wrong

A good stay in a very well serviced hotel

On arrival our room was not suitable. There had been many flight cancellations and, as our own flight had been delayed resulting in our late arrival, our room had been given away. I think the hotel had assumed that we were two adults and two children but we were actually too mothers with two grown-up daughters travelling as a four. We needed a quadruple room (which is what we had booked) but on being shown to our room there were insufficient beds for four adults. The problem was discussed and we were moved to another room which, although slept all four of us, was not appropriate for a party our size. We were advised the next day that we were being moved to a larger room and were compensated by complementary breakfast also. We cannot fault the service that we received after the initial problem.

If wanting to stay on the old cobbled streets and pictures you see online, this hotel is not in 'old' Lisbon. It is, however, only a short metro or Uber ride away.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, Tienen un buen desayuno y el personal es muy amable. buen restaurante en la planta baja y muy bonitas vistas desde el SKY BAR

La habitación es súper pequeña, el baño es ... digamos una caja de cerillas donde en el lavamanos, el secador el espejo de aumento, etc.. se amontona uno encima del otro. Colchón horrible! blando, demasiado blando, parece que la cama fuera viejísima. Limpieza, no estaba limpio. se nota la dejadez de la limpieza, en la mesa, paredes, armario, etc... es un hotel de 80@/ noche y te están cobrando 500!

Convinient for a short stay

For a one-night stay, it was excellent, especially with its convenient location right across from the train station. The staff were very polite, and the facilities were in good condition. Having a mall and several restaurants nearby was also a big plus, making it easy to find things to do.

The bed was way too soft for how we would like it, but that could have just been our prefrence. Also, the room size is pretty small.

On a adoré l’endroit

C’est vraiment pratique il y a toute à côté on reviendra sans hésiter, le petit déjeuner c’est vraiment top ☺️

Sauf pour le pancake c’est prêt je n’ai pas aimé et vous pouvez faire mieux le panacake fait maison.

Good hotel close to Oceanarium

Nice location close to the Oceanarium. A big shopping centre closeby. Good place to stay when you travel by train (Lisboa Oriente).

A bit crowded, had to wait for an elevator for a while.

Pequeno-almoço espetacular, atendimento incrível. Disponibilidade por parte da equipa e de todo o staff, sempre espetaculares também. Profissionalismo sempre presente e o espaço e localização são também ideais para quem viaja em trabalho ou em lazer.

Julgo que não exista nada a apontar. Todas as expectativas foram correspondidas e, até superadas. Um espaço ao qual espero regressar em breve. Desde o conforto às comodidades, tudo se encontrava espetacular.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, nahe Shopping, Bahnhof, Bus. Tolle Infrastruktur. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet mit einer sehr grossen Vielfalt. Besser geht es nicht. Die Sky-Bar auf dem Dach war super, Wunderbares Essen und tolles Sitze, Super freundliches und engagiertes Personal. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis, einfach herrlich. Sehr zu empfehlen

Wished we liked it, yet it was too dirty to enjoy our stay!

The location is wonderful … very convenient to Lisbon Oriente Station, a short drive to the airport and a short walk to numerous restaurants. The rooftop bar is also quite nice, except the music is too loud for conversations.

Our room was filthy! We really want to like this property due to the location, yet this is the second time in two months we have stayed here and experienced rooms that were uncomfortably dirty. We upgraded to a suite this time, in an effort to create a better situation than our last stay, yet the grime was imbedded in our carpet, bathroom and furniture, while an unpleasant odor permeated the room. The sofa was so disgusting we couldn’t even look at it, let alone consider using that piece. Also, the tissue box in the bathroom was full of mold. We couldn’t get a good WiFi signal and there were no electrical outlets near a mirror for hairstyling, etc. We will sadly look elsewhere for our frequent stays near the Lisbon airport and train station.

Bom hotel

A localização por estar ao lado do metro/trem e na frente do shopping Vasco da Gama com supermercado. Para quem não quer ficar no centro da cidade muito lotado é uma boa opção. Pegar o metrô e chegar em uns 15 minutos no Rossio. Com baldeação. Tem também a proximidade do Oceanário de Lisboa que é imperdível. A garagem no próprio edifício é boa para quem vai de carro. Tem um bom café da manhã variado só o espaço é pequeno para tanta gente. Já fiquei em alguns quartos de lá e são bons.

Não gosto do que é servido nos restaurantes principalmente no SKY, que fica no roof e poderia ser melhor dada a vista que tem.

location very good. nextto promenade, waterfront, shopping mall. in center of Parc de Nacoes. Skybar on rooftop is very nice. great views, nice bar. Friendly staff We requested for a later check-out time, this was possible. very convenient. good breakfast. (although a bit crowdy)

Une équipe attentionnée dans un établissement soigné

Tout était parfait, un grand merci à la jeune femme réceptionniste pour son accueil et suivi car notre fils était malade en arrivant et nous avons eu le plaisir d’être surclassé, elle a pris des nouvelles au moment du départ, ce qui était très appréciable. Mention spéciale également pour le serveur du bar ouvert au moment du goûter qui a été très attentionné avec nous et notre fils.

Close to many amenities and railway station and lots of restaurants and shops. Will return again.

Hotel at 95% occupancy therefore rather busy. Long wait for room and then discovered the AC was not working. Had have window open which made for a noisy night. The staff were very good and tried hard to overcome the problem but between Christmas and New Year maintenance was not available. At checkout a bar bill was written off my account as compensation, - thank you.

All good or better.

Very enjoyable short stay, we would definitely use again for a next trip.

The beds were very comfortable. The location is great, very close to the airport and the shopping centre.

The water in the swimming pool was quite cold. The hotel restaurant was very busy and noisy in the evening.

Good hotel in a fantastic location

Very convenient location next to Vasco da Gama shopping mall with huge Continente shopping mall and affordable food court inside.

Parking lot was very tight and cost €15 a day. Buffet was just ok (coffee and pastries good but hot food not).

Excellent hotel for business or leisure

Lovely staff, excellent service and food/ drink. Sky Bar superb and love the free drink in return for not having room cleaned each day. They accommodate business people and tourists extremely well. Got the metro from aeroport easily.
