A equipa na recepção e no bar/restaurante pareceu-me competente e com focus no cliente

A falta de cuidado com a percepção de cliente nos preços. Custo das águas no quarto e o custo do restaurante impactam negativamente. O valor total que paguei pela estadia foi muito bom e voltarei, mas realmente neste ponto acho que ganham pouco versus o impacto que tem.

The staff was great, although had some issues with the key cards and seems to be generic but always trying to solve and very helpful. The breakfast was awesome one of the best I had in hotels

Good hotel, but make sure to book refurbished rooms, excellent breakfast but avoid dinner meals.

Location was good, close to the port and to roads towards Serra Arrabida, decent play zone for the kids, decent swimming pool and playground (just the playground floor was black and therefore fairly hot to step on), absolutely fabulous breakfast, friendly staff.

The bathroom was worn out and would deserve an upgrade as would the mattresses which were very uncomfortable and completely worn out too. The minibar could also be bigger and better equipped. I was a bit dissapointed with the dinner menu and quality, once I had a Caesar salad which consisted of Rocket salad that was clearly leftover from morning breakfast service and a very dried grilled meat which was cold so I guess that was taken from leftovers of lunch. That meal was not particularly good experience and I could not even request a new one as it was quite late and we were there with two little kids so I just had to eat quickly whatever I was given. I would expect hotel staff to ensure the quality of the food served which wasn't this case unfortunately.

I would definitely stay again, at the price I paid - great breakfast too.

Very well located for my purpose. Very clean. Great variety of areas to sit - poolside, grass area, quiet area indoors/outdoors.

Too many kids in the pool without care of others enjoyment too.

Very good hotel!

The team was spectacular, very attentive and always available for any request. Very relaxing environment. The location is very good, 5 minutes and we were at the Alegro mall.

We were on a floor where some rooms were undergoing renovations and there was some noise early in the morning. We also found a lot of ants in the room. Apart from that, all good.

Room old but clean. Price is mostly for swimming pool and nice area inside for sports and relax. Room could be better.

Nice place to stay with family. Good swimming pool. There is also pool fir baby’s. Close shopping mall. Close sea side and center. Car parking in front of hotel and very spacious.

Room 312 need renovation. Looks like 15years old. A/C working very loud and not cooling. Bathroom tiny, in shower water is going super slow.

The hotel is easily accessible by car but not near to the centre. Easy to park in the hotel parking. The room's size is reasonable but the decoration was outdated. Simple breakfast with not many options but the food was tasty. It is not a blast but it is a good value for the money paid.

Place needs work, staff is golden.

The staff was very accommodating and trying to help their best speaking English. My kids were treated like little princesses

The room didn't have a hairdryer which is a bit weird (got one from reception) Considering there is swimming pool there was no facilities to dry swimsuits or towels. Kids play park slide was very dirty and steps falling apart not to be used by little feet for sure. Just a bit odd little things that didn't meet the 4 star hotel rating.

Not up to normal standards.

Limited dinner menu but food good. Good buffet breakfast. The gardens were mature and very pleasant. Plenty of parking once you found the hotel - I parked several streets away at first and walked and had to finally ask directions. I was just driving round and round! in quite heavy traffic.

I asked for a room on ground floor or near lift. Eventhough the hotel was virtually empty, this request was not met. I had a lot of luggage , hence my request but there was only one luggage trolley which was in use by another guest. Hotel was difficult to find as 2 tallish apartment blocks have been built in front of it and another is in the process of being built. This was not helped as no names showing on the hotel buildings. The area was very built up and busy. Generally the hotel looked as though if needed some TLC.

Disappointing

Breakfast was european standard.

BEWARE OF CONSTRUCTION NOISE. It is written very vaguely in the fineprint that the hotel will be renovating "using heavy equipment" ALL DAY. So if you are jetlagged and are looking to snooze when you arrive, forget about it. In response we were told by the staff it was written in the fine print, so.. In other words. Tough luck.

Most relaxing holiday we had in years. Incredible friendly people everywhere around. We will return!

Good value for money. Free parking available, friendly staff. Nice breakfast selection, the kids loved the pancake machine. :) Rooms were cleaned every day, I was overall impressed how clean everything around was. Just 30 minutes driving from Lisbon and maximum one hour from all main attractions around: Sintra, Cascais, etc..

Although breakfast selection was good, we would have loved to have some legumes (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc...) available. Also, in the room the TV was an old one, we were traveling with kids and some evenings we would have loved to have the opportunity to play a movie on it, but it was practically impossible (no HDMI input, no smart TV functions - Netfix, Youtube, etc...). I understand the hotel is currently under improvement works, I hope this changes in the future because we plan to return.

Lidia!! she is an amazingly helpful person who has the capacity to think out of the box and get things resolved where others would just shrug and give up. She's young and she will go very, very far with such a positive 'everything's fixable' attitude :)

The trees in the car park leak a type of sap on to the cars

The photos on the Booking are better than the hotel. The hotel needs renovation so quickly. The hotel has good location, friendly staff, good breakfast, but it would be great if the hotel had a modern design.
