Agradable estancia para visitar Galway

Personal muy amable, cómodo y en una zona tranquila para ir caminando al centro. Hay un buen pub abajo muy acogedor.

El baño es muy pequeño.

L’emplacement. Non loin du centre ville de Galway

La taille de la chambre. La moquette tâchée Les bruits (très mauvaise insonorisation) Le câblage électrique vétuste Nous avons passé 2 nuits. La 2eme nuit est tombée le soir d’un match de football. Au rez de chaussée, sachez que l’hôtel dispose d’un bar/pub : une nuit agitée entre les cris des clients avinés, certains qui déambulaient et parlaient fort dans les couloirs de nos chambres - soit insécurité et impossible de dormir jusqu’à l’aube. Le gérant ne nous avait pas du tout informé du match d’hier soir. Un rapport qualité / prix des plus mauvais

Well located near Salt Hill. Quirky, comfortable, old fashioned guesthouse/hotel. Excellent value and very very clean.

There was no telephone service on the day of my arrival. Was told the phone not answered until after 3 pm.

Cheap and cheerful -Perfect for a lad going on the beer for a night

Good location, handy for a night out in the city.

It's not a hotel. It's a pub with bedrooms upstairs. Decor is dated and the place is a bit rough and ready

Old, broken, damp. Nice bar, terrible 'hotel'.

Staff - Two young bar lads where amazing. They where the one shining light in such a bad situation and should be commended for their professionalism and friendliness. I felt bad for them dealing with situations they shouldn't have to (leaks in roof, broken lights etc) without any sign of management help. They did a fantastic job and couldn't have helped enough, sympathising with our situation, providing extra blankets (it was cold) and lamps (room light didn't work).

When we arrived there was a leak in roof above bed. Bed was saturated in rain water so we luckily got a new room. Bedsheets had blood stains and towels smelled bad. Lights throughout hotel didn't work (hall ones broke etc), as well as in bedroom. We had to request a lamp to see ourselves in mirror. Decor and facilities in rooms all seemed broken and old. Wall art was covered in webs. Windows damp and dripping condensation. This is definitely not a hotel, and feels like a bar with a few rooms upstairs (bar was actually not bad). Fire exit handle was broken, ornaments in hall was broken, it didn't feel like the safest place to stay. Definitely one of the more expensive ones I've stayed in in Salthill, and definitely the worst place we have stayed in salthill. We didn't expect a lot but the situation was not worth the money we paid.

Lovely a little gem of a place

The size of my room,also the breakfast was very good,the location was about a 30 minute walk from Galway City centre,but you could get a bus that bought you into the city.

rooms basic and very small and decor dated . shame the bar at night closes strictly at 1130pm especially nights music is on

Breakfast was lovely freshly cooked

Shower wasn't working right hot water in the sink in the bathroom but not the shower wasn't ideal when you wanted to refresh after a long journey
