Lovely hotel in a great location with parking, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast

Good location just a short (uphill) stroll from old town. Parking at the hotel. Affordable for the location. Good views to the mountains. Very friendly staff offering helpful tips on places to visit and general welcoming chat.

No aircon/fan or fridge.

The room was clean, and the hotel was renovated.

The wifi was very poor and didn't work There was no elevator.

Would visit Hotel Edelweiss again!

Room was clean and cozy. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel staff was very friendly. Great location for access to everything in Briancon.

Great hotel stay in Briancon

Gregoire and the staff made us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean and cozy and we really enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The hotel is a short walk up a hill from one of the big ski lifts which was great. It’s also a short walk to Briançon old town.

The man at the front desk was nie The breakfest was o. K

The location is horrible, in the middle of a very steep road.... No retaurans arownd The romm was so small that we could hardly move in it, and so was the bathroom As if we were sleeaping in a boat

A little disappointed that the room had no heating, considering the time of year, a 3 star hotel should have individual

no heating in the room! not even the towel rail was working. The temperature in the room was cold and we have a 3 months old baby. no toilet paper, went to reception to get some.

A comfortable and modern hotel not very well suited for mobility challenged people

A comfortable hotel located in between the historic town and the more modern part of the city. Very nice staff and very good breakfast. Facilities are clean and well-maintained

The hotel small parking lot has no parking spot for ars owned by handicapped people. No elevator available.

Family overnight stay

Stay for overnight, great location, room comfy and big enough for the 4 of us. One queen room and two sofa beds. Nice breakfast. Parking was available for free across the street as the hitel oarking was full.

Nice comfortable hotel

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the old town and parking is secure. The room was lovely and clean. The bathroom had a great shower. The balcony was nice and comfortable to sit outside.

The room was quite hot and there is no air conditioning. We knew that when we booked but it would have been good to have had a fan.

Short walk from Cite Vauban. Free parking. Good breakfast.

We would stay again but would hope the few niggles would be sorted.

We've stayed here a few times but the last was 3 years ago. We like the hotel and its location with Briancon being a great cycling centre. The rooms are clean and modern and a good size.

A couple of disappointments. Our room had a kettle and coffee maker. On our first night we had a couple of coffee pods and 1 tea bag, no milk! Extra coffee pods can be bought at reception. For our second night we had no more coffee pods and no more tea bags. Really a waste of time putting these in a room if supplies are not refreshed. The is a good choice for breakfast but the bread was disappointing, very hard crust and basically air inside. Not a traditional baguette.

Highly recommend a stay at the Eldelweiss, friendly, good location and great value.

Breakfast was great, fruit, eggs, great coffee, meat, cheese, fresh croissants and bread. Really friendly service. Location is about half way up the hill to the old town so be ready for a short uphill walk.

Good for a night or two

Perfect for a night or two. It's on a steep hill near a busy road but noise not too bad with the window shut. Decent breakfast and good value for money.

Rooms are fairly basic but comfortable and clean. No complaints for the price.

Nice hotel that exceeded my expectations. Good for short ski trips.

Breakfast was simple but good, fresh croissants, eggs and coffee was perfect. Cheese and ham, fruit salad also available. The whole hotel has been recently refurbished, it’s a nice old building, probably lost a lot of character in the refurb but at least it is clean and tidy and everything works. Room size was good but I paid for 3 beds and one of them was a small sofa bed. I do expect an actual bed.

The hotel is great value for money. Thank you for a warm welcoming. We arrived late, and receptionist Gregoire was very helpful and caring with explaining our check in and other instructions in English. Thank You!
