Que me engañaron, las 2 habitaciones me las dieron separadas y no habia habitaciones disponibles, nos mandaron de extremo a extremo, 1 habitación en cada torre, no cumplieron su promesa

Percance en alberca

La habitación muy bien, muy buena ubicación.

Sufrí un percance en la alberca (me corte el dedo del pie dentro de la alberca con el filo de un veneciano, no tenían paramedicos y fui atendido por el jefe de vigilancia qué hizo su máximo esfuerzo, nunca llego el paramedico y ni siquiera un usted disculpe me ofrecieron. Casi me rebano el dedo. Tengan cuidado al entrar a la alberca porque hay muchos venecianos rotos.

La cama muy cómoda

Remodelaron los baños y ahora no cabes en la taza del baño. Tienes que subir el brazo a la plancha del lavabo, la regadera la redujeron pero no movieron la salida por lo que estas casi pegado al cancel. La calidad del bufete la redujeron casi al mínimo. Terrible experiencia

Muy bonito todo el lobby y restaurantes y el spa . Un masaje espectacular .

Los restaurantes estaban cerrados el sábado y en el risotto no atendieron me senté y nadie atendió . Me fui al lobby bar donde pude comer algo . Pero quería algo más formal . Necsitas más servicio al cliente en esos lugares y en recepción las señorita de la mañana muy pesada .

El personal de recepción una señorita muy pesada , nada de servicio al cliente . Debería mejorar realmente no lo hace sentir nada cómodo ni bienvenida. Hay muchos niños en alberca y da impresión q no es limpia el agua .

Perfect for a quiet escape

The property is well maintained, clean, modern, with exceptional service. Our room looked out to the sea and was very comfortable. The pool was clean. Access to the beach was easy.

I was wondering where the entrepreneurs were with rentals for paddle boards and kayaks.

A little pricey but overall a great place to stay a few nights. Great ocean view.

The ocean view. Spacious suite. Great room service.

There was confusion about what I paid for the suite. A young man at the counter promised to assist me, but did not. I had to speak with the manager the next day. The manager eventually resolved the problem. But it was frustrating the day before, because of the extra money I was charged.

A good place to stay for singles or couples for a night or two.

The Jacuzzi was my favorite part of my stay.

Room service was bad. I had to send back my order several times. Not what you would expect from a so-called luxury hotel.

Pleasant hotel on the beach but overall value and condition has lots of room for improvement

Main swimming pool was spacious. Hotel sits directly on beach. Large open lobby.

Noise from halls. Breakfast buffet not ready at scheduled time. Staff don’t really explain your visit. I.e. amenity location, where food is served etc. Door handle to balcony broken.
