4hr late access to our room (6pm) Room in poor condition with paint peeling and broken items throughout. Rooms dirty and uncleaned. Shower and toilet amenities outdated and poor conditiom

Not the best choice for a weekend away.

It was close to the stadium.

The smell of mould, the constant dripping of the air conditioner and the desperate need for upgrades/renovations.

Wouldn't stay again poor value for money

The staff were friendly.

I waited 3 hours to check in (I arrived at 3pm and wasn't able to check in until 6pm due to the rugby being on, but they knew this was on). Double room was very noisy on the road, lots of street noise, bed was hard and aged furniture. There are far better options for this price range in townsville including Yongala Lodge and Reef Backpackers.

Had to pay $30 for parking. Most other motels that I looked at previously had free parking Facilities weren’t really good

Worst hotel expirience we had so far

Our luggage was stolen from the hotel's luggage room, after it was stolen we would've expected the hotel to take responsibility, but we were very dissapointed from the staff's attitude. Additionaly, both rooms we stayed at had a very bad smell and did not feel hygienic. therefore if I could, I would have never set foot in this place.

Unfortunately the room I stayed in, there was plastic bags left under the bed side table and the towel rail behind the back of the bathroom door is not attached securely to the door.

Relaxing Stay

Location great, Pool lovely, bed very comfortable, clean

I couldn’t get TV to work in the room I asked about it the reception were not sure how to fix it they offered me another room. I was too tired at night when I got back to the Hotel to move, so I went straight to bed.

Location, staff. Linen was clean.

Floor and showerhead were not clean and the bathroom was very dated. Paint peeling off walls and doors.

Hotel itself needs an update. Lobby and elevator smells and hotel room smelled extremely bad of cigarette smoke . Room also wasnt cleaned perfectly. There was tobacco all over the floor and in the wardrobe

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location.

Checked out earlier than planned. No on-site parking was a real let down_guest parking is located down the road in an open space, no pool, bed was too firm.

Very happy and would stay hear again.

Very helpful, friendly and accommodating Staff. Room exceeded expectations clean, tidy and roomy. Access to reception and room very convenient. Would highly recommend staying there again when visiting Townsville.

Should have ramp access to reception.
