Viejo y Feo

había un único elevador para todos los hospedados y el personal del hotel lo que hacía qué sie pre estuviera lleno y lo tuviéramos qué esperar almenos 20 minutos, la alberca es realmente pequeña como para 10 personas, llegamos y el primer dia el baño se atasco y todo se derramó nos dejaron la misma habitación solo secaron el piso y ya pedimos si podían echar aroma o algo porque olía mal, no había frigobar la TV era pequeña y solo podíamos ver cable como 20 canales El segundo día la llave de la habitación dejo de funcionar y tuvimos que bajar al lobby para que nos ayudarán, las instalaciones son viejas y con muy poco mantenimiento bastante decepcionate para las 4 estrellas qué dice tener

They didn’t have a coffee maker in the room. And after l ask for one we never got one. Otherwise everything was great

Nice hotel but needs immediate attention.

It was a nice property with an acceptable location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean.

Only one of two small elevators was operating causing crowding and over capacity limits. The swimming pool was empty and not usable.

Good value, budget hotel, but a shuttle should not have been advertised.

The breakfast was fair, but I'd prefer a wider range of cereals as I don't eat a cooked breakfast. Room comfortable with a good shower.

Some TV channels in English would have been appreciated. One of the main reasons I stayed there was because an airport shuttle was advertised. However, there was no shuttle, so I had to get a taxi. I received an invoice for breakfast, which I'd paid for in cash when I checked in. I wrote and explained this but received no apology / acknowledgement.

Great price and convenient location!

I love the staff, they're incredibly friendly and engaging. They are always patient with me and my poor Spanish. I really enjoy coming back to this hotels. After a few times I've gotten comfortable navigating around the neighborhood amenities and their facilities. Keep up the great work!

The facilities are a little run down, from the interior design and plumbing of the rooms. I'm not particularly picky, but I can imagine this would freak out a customer with high expectations. The rooms just need some love and maintenance.

Enjoyable stay overlooking minor details.

I loved friendly staff the location and over all vibe of the hotel. They have really good parking garage and location.

Our room was 422 phone line didn’t work and had trouble with the lights took while to figure out what switch turned on what lamps and they were not wired correctly. For example the ones in hall turned out the light next to tv. If I had an emergency there was no way to communicate to front desk etc or if I need room service. Other than that I can stress enough that staff is 100% professional and friendly.

Outdated, lack of attention

I liked the location

It's very outdated. There were some clicking sounds at night that kept us up for two nights, so we had to move rooms. We asked for compensation for this, a voucher or restaurant invitation, but they would say let me talk to my manager. Even when I spoke to the manager, she said, "Let me talk to my manager about this" (what the heck!), and they did nothing about this, we got tired of asking. Both rooms we ended staying at had shower drainage issues, when showering the water would almost fill the bathtub. The breakfast buffet was not good, we ate there once and the next day went to an outside restaurant for breakfast buffet and my goodness what a difference for the same price. We will not stay here ever again, from the old rooms to no customer service when having lost two nights of sleep to the bad breakfast buffet. Location is great but really not worth it.

Extremely relaxing yet lacking in innovations, Smart TV is s must.

The WiFi is very stable, easy to access, safe and fast.

The restroom and center table need upgrading and the sliding door needs replacing. The elevator was extremely slow. The entire facility is beginning to show it’s and requires a much needed remodeling especially the restroom. Forgot the TV which is not Bluetooth compliant. The fruit and orange juice with my breakfast were tasteless.

The building is old but it did not bother me at all. The hotel did a great job with upkeeping the building.
